The staff is very friendly and the eye exam was easy and painless.

I purchased a pair of Buffalo cartier frames the lady that attended to me was very nice but I didn't get my dust bag or cartier protective bag I went back to get one I was told that some cartier frames don't come with a dust bag which I felt was absurd I paid $4000 for my frames I would think a brand like cartier would have no problem with giving you a dust bag a friend of mine ordered his buffs online from the cartier store and his came with a dust bag

I had my appointment on Monday June 8 and I was really impressed on the steps they have taken to provide a safe environment for both their patients and staff. I am a senior and have practiced social distancing for past 3 months and I would highly recommend Clarkson Eyecare to everyone. Staff is knowledgeable, cordial and very professional.

I requested a reorder of a pair of glasses and was charged almost $200 for the one pair. I asked why the reorder was so much higher than my previous order. I was given a break down of the charge. I needed the glasses so I agreed to the charge. After calling back to ask why the price was so much higher than advertised, I was told I needed to order two pair to get the $79 advertised price. I would happily have done that but was not told this when I ordered. I am now told there is nothing they can do. I am very disappointed and will no longer purchase from them. I have not received my glasses after 2 weeks

This office is fantastic! Everyone was VERY friendly, including Dr. Lee Dodge. They were all very efficient, quick, intelligent and graceful! I was in and out within 45 minutes and I never felt rushed! It was because they are so organized and staffed appropriately. Noemi was very patient and helpful in walking me through the process to get a new pair of glasses. She wasn't pushy and didn't try to upsell or sell me anything. Dr. Lee is very personable! He made me feel again very comfortable and he too was very quick and efficient! If you are looking for a great place to get your eyes checked, I would highly recommend Dr. Lee and his staff!

I'm done with this place. Staff has ZERO BACKBONE. Lab made an error, no problem people make mistakes. Glasses had to be remade was told it would take 10 business days. 10 business days past I call for status of my glasses was told they will call the lab right now. I get a call back stating that the lab said it would be an additional three days. Why? They made the mistake, only needed to remake one lens, and it takes more time to make the one lens than when they made the incorrect glasses. Staff didn't seem to care showed no sense of urgency did not offer to recall them to put a rush on it. Im done

My husband, Robert, needed new frames. After reading the reviews online, we decided to try Eyeglass Wearhouse. We are so glad we did! Michele and Paul were so kind and helpful. Michele found frames that fit the lenses, and put the lenses in for no additional charge. We highly recommend this business and will be telling all our friends about them.

Everything was great. Doctor and staff attended to all our needs. Very friendly and professional. Overall very Happy with yesterday's visit. Thank you.

Dr. Fullen was polite and did a thorough exam. He was able to get me in the correct prescription. I can see again!

Two visits and still no glasses I can ware. When I tried to schedule a third visit, they put me out nine months for the next appointment. I'm out $400 and having to find another Doctor. Avoid this outfit, especially the optical service.

My dad had two cataract removed at this office. The staff in this office is so wonderful and very professional. Dr. Stella is such a wonderful and kind doctor. Thank you to everyone in this office and God bless them!
