Dr. Gupta was very thorough, kind, calm, reassuring and explained things very well. She was very patient in answering my questions

One thing I really love is Dr. Achiron is not trying to do procedures because of the money. I explained my concerns with him of paying double for test whereas other facilities would have done the test over causing me to pay out of pocket more he was more considerate. It doesn't hurt that he's a comedian. Samantha is the best, she was patient and willing to listen.

Awful service.. actually.. no service.. Staff didn't care for the customers at all.. Felt like they don't want you in the store

I saw Dr. McDonald today for my eye exam. He was very personable and friendly and so were those on his staff. I had a very thorough eye examination, the best I have had in a long time. I am so glad that I have found a wonderful Optometrist. If you want to get an appointment, my advice is to call at least two months ahead . I waited two months and I am glad that I did . It was see a robot over a screen or wait for a real doctor. Believe me, it was worth the wait. 😊

terrible service. today my family and I came to our appointment, but we were told that they canceled it because their employee got sick. We have not been informed about this yet. We had to skip our work, which we are very disappointed about. With us was a baby rib and my mother of an elderly tourist.

My 1st time coming here was Yesterday & it was my last usually I go to the other location but somehow I made my appointment here🙄customer service wasn’t the issue it was the fact that I was charged for an eye exam I mean that’s why I have insurance then when it comes time to pick a frame they had little to none to accommodate kids. The lady helping me immediately suggested the $80 sale they had going on Why not mention this over the phone or why even accept kids with state insurance if u don’t carry frames for them needless to say I paid the $44 for the exam picked what frames we could & left. I left feeling annoyed & not satisfied so I won’t be returning. FYI clarify paperwork because if I had known I was having to pay out of pocket for anything we would’ve left. UPDATE: Don’t deal with the front desk rep Marry she straight up lied to me when I asked why I wasn’t told that I could go to another location to get frames then she lied to the insurance company telling them that I was informed about a service my child received that wasn’t covered under my insurance which was a flat out lie I’m not sure what’s up with this lady but I I’m not happy

All I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW! Walmart finally did it right. They hired a permanent doctor rather than have doctors come in a day or two a week. I was examined by Dr. Vu today and was so impressed with her knowledge and thoroughness. This lady is a class act. I will absolutely return and will recommend her to everyone I speak to.

I really enjoyed going here! They were very kind, helpful and answered all my questions. Best of all they helped me pick out the cutest glasses that I absolutely love! Thank you guys for making my experience wonderful!

My eye doctor is Norman Liu.. He's a great friendly ..non attitude ..non judgmental ....doctor...non egotistical ....a nice doctor is very hard to find these days...

He’s the best. If you need an eye doctor who really wants to take care of your vision, Dr Gandy is your guy. As I have said before, I believe he and Dr Talbot have kept me from going blind. What more could you ask for if you want to see!!

I had my eye exam and Retinal Imaging done at Gratitude Vision Optometry. Dr. Min was very nice and explained everything in detail. They have a very nice selection for glasses. Overall, I am very happy with the service and the product they offer. I highly recommend.
