Family owned and operated with a caring staff. Wide selection of frames with glasses in a week or less. Clean and organized office and exam area. Takes most major vision insurance.

I would not recommend Dr Burns-Legros if you want to discuss any options for your contact lenses. She will only prescribe one type even though you have worn another combinations over 10 years. She will degrade you and walk out on you. Then she will send you a certified registered letter stating she will no longer work with you. Also, their insurance staff and front desk staff are very unfriendly.

I came to Dry Eye Clinic for my first ever facial and I had an amazing experience! My face felt so clean and the service I had by Maria was great. I was welcomed and greeted as soon as I walked in, she answered all my questions since this has been my first experience with a facial. Maria had amazing hands! She was gentle and my face felt so clean afterwards. I would recommend this clinic and Maria 10/10.

So I received a call from their sales pool to set up an appointment. As I had one last year I explained I would only come in if there was no charge per my insurance limitations. She responded that it will be fine and they’d check it out before I came in. So assuming all was ok I came in and afterwards was told there would be a $45 copay. I explained my conversation with their sales rep but they would not drop the charge. Led to believe there would be no charge and now trying to charge me. Class, so professional! Bye Zilliox.

I’ve been using MyEyeDr for quite awhile and I absolutely love them. Great selection and great staff. I usually work with Chris and he is awesome with helping find the best pair to fit your facial structure. MyEyeDr prices are kind of on the expensive side but at the end of the day, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend them.

My experience at the Derby Street Warby Parker location has been exceptional. During my first visit, Julie and Arisa provided outstanding service as they helped me navigate the challenge of rapidly changing vision caused by a chemotherapy medication. They patiently guided me through selecting new frames and worked together to expedite my glasses so I could see clearly as soon as possible. They also helped me find both prescription glasses and sunglasses that fit my needs and my budget. I can’t say enough about their knowledge, compassion, teamwork, and professionalism. When my vision changed again, I returned to the store and was fortunate to work with Chantelle and Chris. They were equally knowledgeable, caring, and committed to finding the best solution for my changing eyesight. Once again, I felt supported and confident that I was receiving excellent care. I highly recommend the Derby Street Warby Parker location. Every member of the team I’ve worked with has gone above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service during a particularly challenging time, and I am incredibly grateful for their expertise and kindness

this is awkward but I am older and my generation has but a few decades left.... there was a procedural issue in the exam room that caused quite a bit of dialog in the hallway amongst the staff that was exclusively in Spanish. I felt as if I was in Tijuana, I would think out of respect for the doctors English would be the default language of choice with regards to work related discourse.

Bight, airy space with friendly & efficient staff. I love that they offer the latest technology for services ( digital dilation of eyes as opposed to drops) & still use tried & true methods, too. I love, love, love Dr. Howard Levine. He provides me with the best & honest care! This place is the best.

Best experience ever!!! I spent years avoiding the eye doctor and kept my same old glasses out of fear of the unknown. Well, I called to ask questions. Sheridan was extremely professional and set me up with an appointment. I went in and Sheridan was the first person to greet me, and I recognized her voice immediately. Went back, checked in and saw the doctor, all in a timely manner. Doctor Taylor was absolutely amazing! I 100% recommend Dr. Taylor. He did great with my exam and was able to provide me assurance and relief over years long concerns with my retina. After my appointment, they ran everything through my very limited vision insurance, and it was extremely affordable. Sheridan worked with me to pick out a new pair of glasses. I definitely took my time and didn't feel rushed. She gave me an honest opinion and even better suggestions when I explained my insecurities and what I was/wasn't looking for. It came down to three frames and I took a poll from all the team members, using the winner as the pair I went with. They are ready today, about a week later, and I really couldn't be happier. I want to take the extra time to really emphasize Sheridan and Reggie. Reggie was up front helping other customers while I was there. I got to watch him carry himself with professionalism, kindness and patience. There was a customer upset about what happened at another location, and Reggie handled it like a true champion. I was impressed and told him so. Both Sheridan and Reggie really made this place special, and made it to where I will be returning and recommending this location. They should be running the place! Sheridan I really bonded with during this process and I think she is a remarkable human being and asset. She helped me every step of the way and I left completely satisfied, because of Sheridan. The staff made me feel welcomed and at home. Seriously, I was shocked to have such a good experience... at the eye doctor... on my day off from work 🤣 I know not many people can say that, so again, 100% recommend. You can be in and out if you want, or if you're like me and picking out a new pair of glasses, wanting to not feel rushed, that's okay too. So awesome! Thank you Sheridan, Reggie and Dr. Taylor!!!!

I feel like I was being in a Shakedown to have cataract surgery I told them I would like a second opinion never got back with me ice schedule appointment with MUSC don't trust these guys

The entire staff treated me like family I had a wonderful, experience filled with a lot of laughter ,and all my needs were met beyond my expectations. Can't wait to go back to pick up my new glasses.
