Dr. Geiles did my surgery on both my eyes to correct my strabismus. It has been 30 years and my eyes are still doing well. I would go back to him in a heart beat if I lived closer. I would recommend him to everyone.

My mom glasses was done wrong, they sent the glasses out to be corrected it's been about a 6 weeks she's been waiting and now the doctor has retired and I'm getting the run around. The glasses are paid for and she still don't have them. I was told that call the glasses would be going to the opti-vision across the street

Highly recommend! Only reason 4/5 is because I had to pay out of pocket for something I didn't ask for but they did it anyway and didn't tell me it wasn't covered by insurance kind of irritated by that, should let people know. However (NOTE: This was a different place but comparing to this one) my son and I went to an incompetent eye doctor who kept contradicting herself "he has an astigmatism it will correct itself come back if it gets worse or in a year" one year later went back same thing "it got a little worse but it will correct itself you don't need to worry until he has a lazy eye" he's had one since he was 2 and he's 5. They then Told me directly after it was nothing to worry about and totally contradicted themselces there. so I looked and found optical centre needless to say very attentive, patient, and kind. He gets his glasses next week. I recommend them.

Overall, in my experience this medical office is way too busy to be able to provide quality care, but here is my biggest complaint.. Most recently, Dr. Myles Brookman prescribed me eye drops for glaucoma that are known in the medical world to not be good for patients like me with COPD. Apparently he didn't take the time to carefully look over my medical history. After using the drops for about 10 days I started noticing breathing problems, so i stopped using them. I reported this to the office and no one got back to me. A few days went by so I called again and requested an office manager to call me. More days went by and I still never received a call back and finally I decided I'm done with this place and will be seeking a new eye doctor. I find it to be negligent that no one ever responded to me. Horrible communication, lack of professionalism. As of today, I continue to have breathing issues and will be reporting this to the proper personnel.

The optometrist was a treat. The quality of service is great tons of selection of vision, eyewear, and many more products. Customer service is impeccable and quality. Very clean environment, the process of exam and picking out Frames in the transition of entry and exit was very easy. I will highly recommend target opticals to anyone who needs vision wear.

Do not bring anyone elderly to this place. My father, who is diagnosed with severe dementia, had an episode during his evaluation. After trying to help talk Dr. Ho through the episode, he immediately got up and said “I can’t do this.” I guess he’s never had experience working with someone with dementia. We rescheduled the appointment for a month later only for this office to call me three times asking if he would be ok for the appointment. After reassuring them two times, they called again today to say that they would not see him and refused the appointment. So, my father may go blind now.
Shame on them and very unprofessional of them to do this. Two weeks worth of time was wasted due to their indecisive decision-making and I could have used that time to find another provider to help my Dad, especially since I am unsure of the severity of his cataract condition. They may be decent with other people, but I would not bring an elderly person to this place (especially someone with dementia). Please do not believe anything anyone at the Marietta office says, as it is all smoke and mirrors and attempts at empathy. It is nothing that can be said to empathize for this type of unprofessional and prejudicial behavior. Thank you for absolutely nothing.
I truly hope I can help others avoid the same type of experience I had at this place.

Newport Eyewear
Holly Mickschl needs to treat customers with respect. I can not see out of the lenses. She has yelled at me with lies. I paid for half of the lenses when she took the order, which I have never done over all of the many years with optical companies. Maybe Newport Eyewear has this policy to cover themselves. I will not pay for worthless lenses. She told me the reason I could not see out of the left Lense is because I have a stigmatism. I have always had a stigmatism, and it has always been corrected with the proper Lense. I ordered these lenses from her because she told me that amber colored glasses are the correct color for Macular Den generation. She gave me hope, and now she is giving me hate and despair. She told me to try the glasses, and get used to them. That would be a tragedy.
