Everyone was very kind and compassionate. We were there as an emergency referral and they helped put me at ease and make good decisions for my very young kitten.

I have been visiting Walmart visions centers for years for contacts. I took my daughter and I was charge $135 from the usual $90 I usually paid and they stated it’s because of an independent Dr. In every of my visits I get a little travel kit with case and solution and I was surprised they didn’t to her as a new client. I called them back and and the girl had an attitude. If this is per location then I’ll continue to visit the nearby locations this place didn’t speak customer service satisfaction at all!

I love how smooth & easy the new virtual exam is. Everyone was so nice and it didn’t take much of my time !!! Plus their selection for glasses is great !!

The entire staff is wonderful. The Dr is knowledgeable and very personable. I was completely comfortable the whole time. Just be prepared to be blinded depending on what kind of exam you get lol.

I'm honestly sad that I left SF because I love Dr. Tom so much. I saw him for the 3 years I lived there. He was always personable, nice, and we had the best conversations. He was also the best eye doctor to explain to me in simple terms what was actually going on with my eyes.

Absolutely my new regular eye doctor. Appointment was quick, doc was professional and personable. I have an unusually high prescription and he made a point of looking around to find me a pair of trial contacts to wear out that day (no other eye Doc has ever been able to find me contacts for both eyes without ordering them specially so I was very pleasantly surprised)!

Melissa was very helpful, she gave me options, and was able to give me what i wanted.

Everyone always pleasant, always gets the job done. I have never had any complaint and have had the same eye doctor for over 40 years.
