The Dr. and staff were rude. The person my wife spoke with to schedule the appointment was also rude and very put out. A bad experience from beginning to end.

Everyone in the office were so caring, and efficient/ professional. Dr. Monica De La Paz quickly solves problems and makes these visits a lot easier!

The window says "Walk-ins Welcome". I just got back, as a walk-in, and I was turned away because I did NOT have an appointment.

I am not a patient but a customer who walked in for glasses last month. My son, who is 14, sees a different optometrist and unfortunately they did not have a wide selection. I am so glad I found this place, the selection of glasses here are amazing. Stephanie was working and helped him find the perfect match. I appreciate good service as a walk in customer, especially with an impatient teenager. Thank you, Stephanie!!!

Drove from Clarksville to get my eyes checked with Dr. Chase Parker. He was amazing ! Not only did he care, but he explained what was going on with my eyes. He made sure that my new contact prescription was the right one for me. Double checked my eyes and explained to me that my new contacts would have "weights" in them. And to keep blinking until it set right, if my vision was blurry when I first put them in. One of the best eye doctors I've ever had. Definitely worth the hour and 30 min. Drive. And the receptionist (sorry I can't remeber her name) she was super nice and VERY welcoming. When I went back in to clarify something she was more than happy to help me. Overall extremely amazing people with excellent service. 1000000x/ 10 recommended.

Dr. Tran is awesome at what he does. Very caring and compassionate. I have not been able to wear contact lenses for years and almost gave up on them. Dr. Tran was confident in what he was doing and had me seeing great in no time!

They treat you like family. Friendly funny with a professional attitude. They care about their patients and follow through with your care. Worth waiting on their busy days highly recommend

This is the worst place location to order glases, the personal work there act like they don't care nothing, i been waiting for call to pick up my daugther glases and they never their job, don't go there.

My visit for my eye exam was great, and very thorough. Dr. Sistick took my eye health and history into consideration while doing my exam, so I know I’ll be getting the most accurate prescription and products best suited for me. Everyone in the office is very nice and helpful!
