I purchased my glasses here about 6 months ago and the frames broke and I have not been able to get ahold of them since. Now the phone number doesn't work and everytime I try to go in person it is closed with a sign on the door saying please deliver packages next door to the nail salon. Highly unprofessional.

It was easy to get an appointment after my referral failed to arrive. The building was difficult to find, but worth the effort. Very impressed with Dr. Mahili’s ability to explain my issue and resolve it quickly with his skill and magical laser. Went home seeing even clearer than after my initial cataract surgery. Kudos to a friendly and competent staff!

I received help choosing new glasses from Hailey, and they provided such an enjoyable experience! They were incredibly helpful and laid out multiple pairs of glasses for me to try on that I thought fit my style and face shape very well; and were very patient with me when trying all of the different pairs on. My new glasses were even ready for me to pick up within a couple of hours after deciding on a pair! The environment was overall friendly and welcoming, and I will definitely be going back to LensCrafters for all of my vision needs going forward! A huge thank you to Hailey and the rest of the staff for being super insightful! (pun intended) :)

Surgery went well. No issues with or since the procedure. But the after care and scheduling has been inept. So much so that I have decided to ditch them and continue care with my optometrist. Feels as though once they get your money, they don't really care if they see you again.

Thanks for your service as always! It's always a pleasure working with you over the years!!!! I always take my prescriptions to Barry to get my lenses ordered! Thank you!

Similar to other low cost prescription eye-care practitioners, generally a hurried in-out with little "personal touch" or customer engagement. Advice: go to this SFO Costco for your frames, but to a stand-alone Optometrist where you receive a degree of unhurried interest from the professional.

Whole family has been patients of Dr. Rosen for over 15 years and we couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with the care we have received. The staff is great: helpful and kind all around. Allie has been fantastic helping select our eyewear, when we got to that point in life! We will be patients for the years to come.

So I have worn glasses since I was 7 years old and rarely do new glasses make a huge difference other than the 1st pair I received. I’m 53 now and went to this place for the first time after living in Waco for 8+ years. I knew I was getting older and needed reading glasses, so I resigned myself to accept that my readers Rx would increase but maybe my regular nearsightedness would remain the same.
Well, the doctor was awesome and evaluated my glasses and eyes very well noticing my astigmatism in one eye was gone and had decreased in another eye. My Rx for my nearsightedness supposedly changed by the better by +0.25.
I was skeptical until I received my glasses in. Wow… just wow! This combination is working. I can see closely with my progressive readers and I can see clearly far away again. It has been a while since I felt like I can see crisply and my right eye is not twitching/straining/is cloudy.
The magic decoder ring to my eyesight is a very welcomed relief. And it is almost a bit emotional because I had not realized how much it bothered my eyes. It is almost a sense of relief in the strain on my eyes but also a sense of relief in the worry about my older eyes.
If you need a good eye doctor, consider this place. He is careful, slow, methodical which in the end results in great relief. Don’t judge a book purely bumpy its cover and be patient, especially if you have started to question eye doctors from previous visits.
All I can say is thank you and I’m so grateful the people. The staff are great. They are real people, so be kind because they really want to help you and will do so if you allow them. The 3 folks I met besides the doctor are awesome.
