Disappointing would be a compliment

The Dr there was very knowledgeable and even explained some things about my eyes that I didn't know. Very helpful. The two people who did my eye exam (one was in training) were great. This place has a lot of very expensive designer frames and not a large selection of moderately priced frames. It took over 35 days to get my glasses from this business. I thought that was an excessive amount of time to make a pair of glasses in 2023. And when my glasses finally came in, the detachable sunglasses were not in the order. Had to wait for them to be sent from the manufacturer. The young female who waited on me when I entered, wasn't very customer friendly. I will not use Vision Source as my vision choice again.

Dr. Hoffman and staff are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. They treat you like part of their family and we feel very comfortable with this office. Dr. Hoffman goes out of his way to explain exactly what is going on and never rushes you. They don't schedule so many appointments close together that you feel rushed and they usually run very on time. I would HIGHLY recommend this office.

I need to get my 89 year old father there and tge phone staff are OBNOXIOUS!!!

Me and my kids been going to Dr. Bloom for over 17 years. He is wonderful. The staff is wonderful.

Dr. McGeever and team were fantastic. Very quick and easy process to complete my annual exam. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Boston area.

Great staff from thernt I walked into the office. Everyone was kind and acknowledging you. The doctor was very detailed and helpful. Assistant young lady treated me kind, no one made me embarrassed because I'm so obese. I will continue to go here every year. Thanks guys

Had called to reschedule a appointment because this would be my 1st time their and i didnt get a reminder call as i thought i would like other places do, so i missed it,but when i called to reschedule the lady was quite rude telling me it would be 40$ to pay her now over the phone when that didnt sound right to me she seemed eager to hang up when i was deciding if it was worth the 40$ she said i could just come by then to drop it off then she would make me an appointment i kindly asked would my medical cover that just out of curiosity and she said no when i figure how i wanted to pay shell give me a appointment. Kinda off to me if thats their policy why not say that from the jump and why not throw that out their that they do not give reminder calls and if you miss we will charge you a 40$ fee?

Great doctor and technician, BUT the customer sales, NOT really!. I found the place online and created an profile, I was able to put 2 pairs of glasses on my cart and created two (2) FREE eye exam appointments for those preselected glasses, today everything was okay with eye both exams and Doc, Tech however when we finished a sells girls came to us and said if you want the free eye exam you have to pick FOUR 4 pairs of glasses otherwise pay for the exams. I showed them that I had everything ready to order online, and the exams were already uploaded for me to make the order, and then her coordinator just got in the computer and deleted my order, exams and even my online access password violating my privacy rights, they never let me order my 2 pair of glasses that I selected online or in the store. I'll present a formal complaint to the company for it, they made me lose 4 hours of my precious family weekend.

Bought frames and lenses 1 year 3 months ago. The frame is separating from the part that holds the lenses. Went there and they would not stand by the frames. They told me I could buy the frame again. Bad customer service. Never had a frame last only 1 year. Was disappointed with my experience there.
