In Sept 2020, we have a family appointment carefully scheduled with Dr. Hsu and Brookhaven Eye Care inside Costco Alpharetta. While we were only successful in getting one member examined, Dr. Hsu and her assistant were extremely supportive and patient with us as we wrestled with incorrect information from our insurance carrier. Based upon our experience with the one exam, Covid-19 safety precautions, and how well they worked with us, we would definitely recommend her.

This place is great! Being a new patient, I was surprised by all the testing and information they have me. Definitely my new eye doctor.

Incredible store and service! Jennifer was amazing! I walked in with a broken pair of glasses and walked out with a brand new pair in less than 30 minutes without an appointment. Jennifer went above and beyond to match my lenses with new frames, testing out every one in the store. I had never been to the store before but am absolutely coming back! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Kent did a marvelous job repairing my vintage frames. He's the only one around who still has the proper tools and fixtures - and recognizes their value. … More

I have been going to Dr. Puzio for 11 years and now my husband and daughter go to him too. He has been an incredible healthcare professional and really takes great care of us! He takes his time and really treats me like I am the most important patient he has (even though I know lots of people see him). I love the personalized service we receive and am THRILLED that we have access to such great care in our community. I saw the other review on Google + from an anonymous Google user and cannot believe it! I have NEVER experienced any such treatment from Dr. Ray!!! BTW...did I mention that he has the BEST selection of cool and unique frames around??? Actually calls me when cool stuff comes in!

A huge shout out to Kevin for going above and beyond in taking care of my problem. My glasses broke the day I was moving out of state. Kevin ordered new frames and found an eye care near me in my new home. The frames arrived in a week and the lenses were put in that day. Thanks to Kevin, I can see again. Kevin is a wonderfully caring person and an invaluable employee.

Phenomenal! From start to finish: absolutely wonderful! Nicole answered when I first called to book the appointment. She was so kind and patient with scheduling me and explaining what I needed to bring. I called once more the day of my appointment to see if they could get me in a bit sooner, and once again, Nicole was able to assist. When it came time for my appointment, I didn’t have to wait very long at all (the office was quite calm and peaceful, I would’ve been fine waiting longer) and Kelsi greeted me with a huge smile. We had a wonderful conversation, and she made me feel welcomed and understood. She communicated everything clearly. Dr Bickford was just as smiley and wonderful as the prior two. I have never had anything explained in such detail or had a doctor that doesn’t get impatient when I ask a ton of questions (practical or curious). (Also, Heidi was a sweet presence as she took notes for Dr.) Carolina was a real showstopper when she took me in to get my first pair of glasses in quite a few years. There were so many things I never knew about fitting glasses properly. I thought it was normal to push them up all day long. She explained everything clearly and answered every question. She genuinely cared about the fit, the look, and if I was truly in love with the pair I was choosing—she was just as wonderful and nice when I picked them up! She fitted them fantastically! I really do love this office and the energy of the employees. I’m sure it’s not easy, so please know, I appreciate all of you. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I will see you next year!

A year ago I had cataract surgery courtesy of Dr Hu, the worst experience of my life. He recommended lenses for up close vision which corrected the vision 4 feet from my face. I still need glasses for reading, working and everything else. I also need correction for distance so I’m still in progressive lenses which we all know how much those cost. I have dry eye so I will have to use drops for the rest of my life. I still have floaters, who knows if they will go away. I can only say to think twice before you go to Dr Hu. Did I mention his claim to fame is he preforms the procedure in 9 minutes or less. Well a good out come is more important than speed.

I have been coming here for years and have had nothing but great, friendly experiences. I've also recommended them to other people who also say they are the best.

This was my first visit to the eye institute. I went in because I had something in my eye that was driving me crazy. They were able to get me in immediately which was wonderful. The staff were all extremely friendly, the doctor was knowledgeable and caring, and the office was warm and inviting. I will definitely be a returning client.
