I love this place! It's quiet, I can actually walk around and try on glasses!! The Dr was amazing. I wish I knew her name

Our optician, Misty, was so helpful and nice. She helped my daughter find a special lens that was needed for her prescription. We had to go in a second time because of an insurance issue, we made sure we went back when she was there... she also called me back about the insurance issue. Misty printed up all the paperwork for the insurance so all I have to do is mail it in, which was awesome! She was so patient with us and fun! Thank you for all your help Misty! You definitely have a returning customer.

No , no and no! I only used this optical place because I was referred by a friend, however, when I initially came in, I was supposed to receive my eyewear back within a week. I called to do a follow up after a week and it is impossible to get a hold of the "" person who is in charge of finding out what's going on with my eyewear." I have left several messages to have a called return.. we are now going on three weeks with still no call when I called today. They told me I can just come up there very unprofessional especially when I live 45 minutes away. I definitely will not be using this company again, nor do I recommend it due to the unprofessionalism

Dr Carter has maintained my vision for over 20 years. As a professional pilot my eyesight has a very high priority. I always look forward to my visit with this wonderful women because of her upbeat personality and a great sense of humor.

I’ve been coming here for years for myself and my kids. Elise is great, caring and patient. Dr Patel was great today. Honestly I always return back here because of Elise, she goes above and beyond and is always welcoming❤️

Appointment was made quickly. I was greeted by a very friendly and help staff. Very little wait time for the eye exam. Dr. Pacheco explained everything to me about my exam and gave great options. Prices were competitive with other places I have visited.

Not only did they do a great job but they also went above and beyond. They adjusted my old glasses and found a rebate for me!! Amazing perfect beautiful gorgeous experience haha

Moved to Columbus.....still drive to Vision Care for my glasses. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Kitei is amazing. I would not trust anyone else for my kids for their eye care and procedures. I love his approachable nature and rapport with kids of all ages. He is extremely knowledgeable and I trust his judgement completely. We have had a wonderful experience with him, it is worth the wait. The office staff is lovely. The St. Luke's Anderson campus for outpatient surgery were just above and beyond with my infant when he needed a surgical procedure with Dr. Kitei.
