Dr. O’Hara is wonderful! Great bedside manner and excellent with kids. She seeks to educate and help her patients and parents understand and provides opportunities for any questions. Definitely values your time and stays on schedule. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!

Don't answer the phones no matter the time of day or the amount of times you try, don't return messages either. I decide to take action, and informed them of my intentions. I let them know through a very respectful voice mail, that I was going to call my insurance. That if I received no response on the status of my glasses, I was going to call my insurance and I wasn't going to cover the cost. Text me before the end of business day, that my glasses were ready. The first time I visited was 2 years ago the doctor was decent, but the service was so terrible that I asked for my prescription to get glasses elsewhere. They have a little business "selling glasses" this time my insurance covered $300 for glasses, they still managed to squeeze $28 out of pocket. The lady before me an elderly didn't complete her evaluation she left the doctors office saying that he was too agitated, and she was right, he was. My pupils weren't even dilated, and he spoke only of my visit two years ago, for the very short amount of the time that it took for him to evaluate me. Which I was grateful that it ended as quick as it did, he was very agitated and it made me feel uncomfortable and nervous in return. I know this evaluation wasn't worth what my insurance paid for, as I have a condition in my eyes that I was born with. He didn't even mention it, and this is something my eye doctors always bring up becouse its rare. The time you wait it's because the two technicians on the other side that are trying to sell you glasses or squeeze an additional fee regardless of your insurance coverage, are busy doing just that. As for the rest of their personnel, two lady employees in the front that do absolutely nothing. We all know from the amount of complaints on the topic, they don't pick up the company phone. But manage to carry their smart phone with them for breaks, or if walking away from their desk in their hands. Really ? It's almost like an insult to the frustrated patients. I just don't understand how these people are still in business. And, please include business hours, no information in the internet, on the useless voice mail or in your business card. I waisted a trip trying to find out the status of my glasses.

If your child has vision issues go to Dr. Morris! She will ease your mind and come up with a plan. Dr. Morris has a heart for treating vision issues in children! She understands how the brain and eyes work together and treats the whole body. The staff was absolutely fantastic!

This was the absolute worst experience at any Dr office I have ever had!!! I had a 1040 appointment. I showed up at 1030. I had both of my children with me. The technician was lovely and saw me within a reasonable wait time. I was then asked to have a seat to wait for the Dr. I sat out in the main lobby with my kids as there wasn’t much seating in the Dr wait area. I sat there until 1230 and asked when I would be called and they said I was up next. I waited again until 1250 and asked again when I would be called and they took me back. I sat w my kids in the room for exactly 20 minutes bc I am sure at this point the Dr took his lunch break and I was forgotten!! I left at 110 and no one even paid attention to me walking out!!!! This was clearly too many people to be seen. Either the Dr didn’t care for me or my time, or the office over booked for am appointments, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I did receive a phone call at 118, now the Dr is ready!! No thank you!! I’ve been very patient!!

Let me say first that I have been a happy customer of this office for many years and was looking forward to returning this year. I don’t live in Boston anymore, but Alex is great so I scheduled an appointment to happen during a brief return visit. I got a call two days before the appointment saying they do not have my current insurance information. Figured I could just update it in person. Then at 5PM the day before the appointment, when my plane landed, I got a text warning that my appointment “may be cancelled”. By this time the store was closed. When I presented to my appointment first thing the following morning I was informed that appointment had been cancelled. Of course it’s a private business, and you can run it however you want to run it. From my point of view it was disrespectful of my time to both cancel my appointment and also not even notify me before I arrived. Also, I would advise to do the insurance check ahead of time -at least a week- to give people time to respond. Also, there was no attempt to mitigate my situation- I was clearly upset. I’ve come here for years, even paid cash in the past, so I don’t understand the disrespect and lack of trust. Sorry to say I will no longer be a customer.

Dr .Faraaz Khan is an Amazing Ophthalmologist who is a Skilled , the most caring and compassionate doctor . I have had successful cataract surgeries for both my eyes by Dr Khan. Thank you so much Dr Khan for enhancing my life with clear VISION without spectacles 🤓 🙏You have always been very calm , kind and respectful. Dr khan also helped my husband with the treatment for his glaucoma and retinal edema. 🙏Dr Khan always takes time to examine his patients thoroughly. Both my self and my husband strongly recommend Dr Faraaz Khan for your precious eyes . We really admire pleasant approach towards your patients with a SMILE 😊. I was traveling last week and broke my glasses on one of my trips. Once I got home I started looking for someplace to repair my old glasses or could make a new pair (same day). I immediately thought of Lens Crafters. Just had to find one with weekend hours. I found one about an hour away from home. As it turned out I had to have an exam and get new glasses. The exam went really well. Really liked the doctor and his staff. After the exam I went to fill the prescription. That’s when I meet Jeff. First impressions was really good. He was dressed really well and is built to match. Women walking by would stop and stare. I overheard several beautiful women state “they voted him for the sexiest man alive” award. All that aside I felt Jeff went over and above to make me a satisfied customer. I found frames, he got me measured and everything turned into the lab so I could get my glasses the same day. And all this was on a Sunday. Very positive experience today. I would recommend this store to everyone. Good exam, good fitting, good price and most of all good people. Five star all the way.

I have been coming here for over 3 years. Very nice, personable, staff very helpful and always willing to help and accommodate my schedule. Dr. Tan, is an Angel of MD. Always happy and professional and accurate.

They were very professional and calming during my eye procedure. Dr. Patel was wonderful and did a great job.

It was a pleasant surprise to visit an eye doctor where I felt like at home and taken care by a very professional and caring, Dr. Khan. The staff was greeting and well trained and the office had all the modern equipment, probably since it is a new clinic. Dr. Khan is an exceptional specialist and I not only had my eyes thoroughly checked but all of my question and concerns answered to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them and you can experience them yourselves, to your delight.

Staff is fabulous from the time you walk in till the end of exam. Highly recommend this one office.
