Dr. Bains and Dr. Patel, along with their staff, are amazing. I had an emergency referral and they got me in the same day. I woke up completely blind in one eye. Turns out I had a severe eye bleed and the eyeball was collapsing in on itself. They thought I might completely lose the eye, but after treatments and surgery, we were ALL thankful that I'm able to see again. I don't have the greatest vision yet, but I'll need at least one more surgery, and I cannot thank them enough. I would recommend them 100 times over!!!!

Dr. Jennifer B was smart, thorough, friendly and professional. The opticians were the same. I highly recommend this staff for eye exams and selecting eyewear.

Incredibly efficient and well organized. I just needed prescription sunglasses from my out of state doctor’s visit earlier in the year. I had them in just over an hour at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Hindsight to anyone.

The staff are always welcoming and efficient. The doctors are friendly, efficient, and always tell you what is going to happen next. They are thorough and explain what your issues are, what you can do to minimize these as well. I highly recommend them for anyone experiencing issues with your eyes.

Do not go here. Had a new patient appointment set up. Forgot when it was. Called to find out, they told me I had missed it and refused to reschedule. I had COVID at the time of the appointment, but they didn't want excuses. They were very curt and anxious to make me understand my behaviour was unacceptable. I will take my business somewhere else.

Starting with my 9 am call, they got me in by 11:30 and cared for an emerging problem without a long wait at any point. Every one i encountered was professional, efficient, and friendly. The result was fantastic too.

Max of MJ Optical Jackson Heights is a true professional! After cataract surgery this past summer, I recently purchased new lenses using my existing frames. Very happy with my new glasses! Plus he adjusted both the nose & temple pieces of my other glasses. Will definitely return.

They are all accommodating and very professional to deal with especially Joyce. The man who worked my glasses did it well. It fits me so nicely, adding my self-confidence.

The doctor is really good at explaining and great at what he does.
