They totally took advantage of my 88 year old mother. Charging her Medicare card. I would not trust this business. Will never go there again!

I’m still waiting for my glasses from 11/19/21 exam/order. 12/12/21 went to pick them up but the frame had a scratch and chip. They were going to order a new frames and I kept following up for status. I need my new glasses. Today 1/15/22 went to pick up the glasses but both sides of the lens were scratch or blotch with something. They tried cleaning and it’s still there. I never had such issue but had to find a new eye care since my dr retired and closed his practice. Office seems to be busy but what part is service or care do we get??? Worst experience ever.

I just love Dr. Sieminski. She’s knowledgeable and explains all the test results so they are easily understood. The staff is efficient and seem to handle all the patients with care and understanding. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Sieminski and the whole group.

I am a pediatric ophthalmologist and owner of Specialized Pediatric Eye Care in Beverly. There are many great optical shops but Medford Optical really embraces children as their clients. They recognize there are different needs for this population when they are fitting them for eyeglasses. Thanks for all the years of doing an excellent job!

Dr. Villani is truly an exceptional doctor. He is extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. He has a wonderful bedside manner and takes the time to explain everything. Dr. Villani is on top of the latest research and medical advances and I completely trust is recommendations. His office staff is equally wonderful and parking is conveniently available around the back of the building. I highly recommend Dr. Villani to anyone looking for a great opthamologist.

Wow this is the absolutely best services I’ve received on anything. Every person at this office was welcoming and very sweet. I’m a first time patient and it felt like I’ve known them for years. The fact that they don’t have a 5 start baffles me. I’ve worn glasses/contact for about 20 years and have gone to many many different practices. I loved this visit, their kindeness made my day!

Office staff very professional and prompt. Dr. Wake is extremely thorough in examination and I adjusting ones glasses. Whole experience very very good.

I paid over 250.00 for glasses and the warranty for my son's glasses. The glasses are scratched as usual with kids. So I ordered another pair and now I have to bring the other ones in to exchange. Son can't go without glasses but we have to bring the other ones in. Both parents work and can't get off work to bring my son up here for a 1 minute exchange of glasses. Plus not even open on Saturday

I have to give one star for rating. Otherwise they get none. Owner is an incredibly ignorant businessman who only cares for the people’s money and not the appreciation of people’s need for eye vision. I will report to BBB and revoke their license for retail. Jose one of the wannabe sales man decline to say hello and directed with no authority to my child of 7yo with a violent voice of why his new glasses didn’t work. They messed up the prescription on them and wanted us to make him forcefully wear them just to make the sale. I said no, my son is not wearing this defective glasses. That’s when Jose got up in front of my face ,and threaten that he would beat me up in front of my family. Out of nowhere the owner intervened, acting like he didn’t know what was going on standing next to us. At the end of it all he decided to do a refund to my insurance card but never accepted the fact that they messed up the order on the lenses neither apologized for his workers actions. I will post back on here to see what else comes out of this. Hopefully they don’t decide to go ahead and charge my card if the printed out a credit card return voucher. I advise not to go and do business here.
