Zero! Had an 8 am appointment and was told to arrive 10 min early to fill out updated paperwork. Doors did not unlock until 8 am on the dot. Looked like workers were just coming in at 8 am and later. Did not see one Dr. Come in my 8:25. Waiting room was filling up and by 8:20 am - not one patient was called. Meanwhile 8:15 and 8:30 patients were coming in. By 8:25 I left without seeing the doctor. Your time has no value to these people. We all had places to be which is why we schedule the earliest appointment. Horrible management of a practice. Not much to do other than find another provider.

I've gone to so many optometrists from Stanton optical to eye Q and let me tell you fig garden optometry triumphs all!! Right from the very first visit they make you feel seen and heard and take their time to figure out what works for you whether it be contacts or glasses. Their team is super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place as they were able to find out I have keratoconis and determine glasses weren't the best for my eye condition and no other optometrists did. So what are you waiting for? Book that appointment!!

Great doctor, but today's visit was very delayed. My time with the doctor was 5-10 minutes. Time with tech was 10 minutes. Time spent waiting was 45-50 minutes. If you guys are running late, please send a text to let me know I can show …

20+ years of going to different optometrist offices and this was by far the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had. It was a great experience because the optometrist explained the why behind everything which I thought was absolutely fantastic. She pointed out damage that I’ve done to my eyes and what habits caused that damage and what I need to do to prevent further damage. Absolutely impressed and satisfied with the experience. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at Southeast Eye Group! Dr. Alexa is truly exceptional — she’s knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything during my eye exam. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making for a fantastic annual visit from start to finish. The office itself is absolutely stunning and state-of-the-art! Dr Alexa also offers a wide range of specialized services, which was impressive and reassuring to know that she can handle all sorts of vision needs in one convenient place. I highly recommend this office!

Very pleased with the care from Cornea and Cataract Consultants. Dr Chang did the surgery and did an excellent job. The whole medical group were exceptional. Thank you.

The worst place ever the staff when we made the appointment for my grandson for contacts they never told us about the training twice we brought him one of the girls blamed it on the new girl I asked her shouldn't you that have been working longer help her out then after the second time he couldn't put the contact in so they said you have to come again I was at this point upset because I told her why didn't you say anything when my daughter made the appointment in person that he needed to know how to put his contacts in and take them out this way we could have been practicing before we came to the appointmentasked so he couldn't do it in a training of 30 minutes at this point they said that he needed to come back again the third appointment I told her no I just want my refund because we do not live in Salinas and it was hard to bring him again at this point I asked for a refund she said I had to get a check and ask for my name and my address and I gave it to her when we received the check for the refund it was under my grandson's name I don't understand why she would put it under his name when she clearly said it was going to be under my name I feel that she did it on purpose well we couldn't cash the check I do not recommend this place The staff is rude and they do not know what the hell they're doing

This place sucks. I have prolific diabetic retinopathy and has a surgery scheduled on the 29th of December. The ophthalmologist even stressed on how seriously damaged my eyes are and told me that “hopefully my retina doesn’t detach by then”. They just called me and told me they rescheduled my surgery for February 10th of next year. THIS PLACE SUCKS

The most RUDE and ARROGANT receptionists I have ever seen in a medical field. Nasty with patients on the phone and in person. If you are that unhappy with your job, QUIT and go work where you don’t have to be in any type of contact with people. VERY POOR AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. There should be a MINUS STAR Rating. They would be a MINUS 50.
