Knowledgeable, compassionate

Went in today for a walk in eye exam, was greeted and told to wait, but not for too long. Was treated very nicely by Tekari (i believe that was his name). He was running the whole store by himself and even though he had to go around the store to do many different tasks, he made sure I was taken care of. Very grateful for a person like him, he deserves to be recognized and paid more since he’s a great worker!

This is a great clinic that provides excellent eye care. My first visit was an annual contact lens exam, and I was impressed by the entire experience. The exam was thorough, the facilities and equipment used were top notch, and the entire staff was warm, professional, and clearly dedicated to what they do. My second visit was prompted a little early by a retinal tear scare, and again, they went above and beyond. Luckily, everything was fine, but I was relieved to be seen so quickly and know that if there was an issue, it was being taken seriously. I would definitely recommend this clinic for your eye care needs. Thanks again to the entire team.

Delta Eye used to be great now - Eye drs are not as proficient when they don’t even know what post eye surgery should be like. Techs are not as proficient as they should be. Long wait times Rude staff Charges for HSA Staff do not communicate with each other Reception staff are not fully trained on all office functions.

Sara was very knowledgeable and professional during my visit. Sara ensured me that my eyes were doing well and she had me do an additional exam to verify that my eyes were well.

I am very disappointed in Eyelab. I used to be a fan. When I got my first lenses there, I was pleased with the price and recommended them to 2 friends. However, my glasses scratched very easily. Three pairs in a year. I take very good care of my glasses. My old glasses would last at least 5 years. See photo. My current glasses from an on line company have been fine for over a year. There is no warranty and they take no responsibility. And then the owner was rude to me on top of that. He yelled at me in front of another customer. Embarrassing. Beware.

This was my first visit to Dr. Oevermann. It was really nice to see a doctor who is funny and professional, even at the end of the day. Qualities that are hard to find these days. He answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. I even learned some fun facts. His staff is also very nice and helpful. Highly recommend him for your next eye exam.

Making an appointment online for within a week was easy. The staff were friendly, and the place was well-kept. Dr. Isik was quick and personable. It was easily one of the best optometrist’s offices I’ve visited.

My trip to see Dr. Alex at Wu Eye Care could not have gone smoother. The trip was quick and painless. Dr. Alex's pleasant disposition and good sense of humor put me at ease while getting my exam done and the office is very clean and comfortable. He is very knowledgable and someone I would recommend seeing for any of your eye care needs.
