Our family has been going to Dr Vaske for over a decade now! He is excellent and his exam price is very reasonable, which is great since we don't have vision insurance.

Just went in to get an eye exam and it was a great experience! Everyone was very friendly, especially Dr. Hatashita! His eye exams are very intricate and thorough to get the best results for your eyesight! He has also gone above and beyond trying to help me find the perfect contact lens for me. I highly recommend my fellow glasses and contact wearers to come into Dr. Hatashita’s office to upgrade your eye prescriptions! They have a great variation of frames!

The eye exams are very thorough and the staff is very helpful when it comes to picking the right frames, the exam is free which plus. when it comes to style and affordability the shop has it all. Thank you jasmine and Elizabeth for helping my Dad out choosing the right frames for him and our budget.

I really enjoyed my experience here. Dr. Bindi and staff are very welcoming, professional, and respectful. The office is very hygienic and clean: they sanitize everything multiple times because it is after COVID-19 so I feel safe there. I came for a free initial eye exam only but Dr. Bindi said I didn’t need for LASIK. However, Dr. Bindi is still very dedicated and gave me so much advice and recommendation. Totally would recommend their service.

Very thorough doctor and staff

I'm sad to leave this review because Dr. Thies is great but the experience I just had was terrible. The service they use to confirm appointments is horrible and I asked for an apology about an incorrect text which caused us to show up when they were closed and they refused. I said maybe we need to find a new optometrist and she said great I'll cancel the appointment and hung up on me. My 6 yr old daughter has been going there since we discovered she needed glasses at 4. I'm so sad to leave Dr. Thies but this was uncalled for. Modifying this review... Issues happen, it's how you respond that is most important and Dr. Thies was awesome in how the situation was handled.

Initially, I had a bit of a challenge getting my first appointment scheduled, however, the office manager, Taleb, was very helpful in reaching out to me directly to assist. I met with Dr. Caruso and had a great experience. He was very thorough in his exam and very patient and comprehensive in his explanation of the results. The staff in the Clifton Park location were friendly and professional. This was a excellent experience.

Dr. Patel is very good at what he does. When I had both cataracts removed I experienced hardly any pain and recovered fast. I certainly could see a lot clearer. I really appreciated the care I received from everybody in Dr. Patel's office.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Busby for the past 3 years for her myopia. He is always patient, listens to concerns, and explains everything very well. His office staff is always pleasant and helpful too!
