I strongly recommend Doctor Singer. He was recommended to me by my neighbor. I’m so thankful for their recommendation. Doctor Singer is very professional and lovely (these two words may sound a little conflicting but that’s really how I felt about him). He knew very well what would be the best surgery plan for me. He was straightforward and did not make me feel forced into a specific choice. His assistants who did the detailed examinations of my eyes were mostly very careful. I took the surgery last week. The pre-surgery antibiotic drop seems not suitable for me… My eyes do get sore and dry more easily than before. I’ve been trying to not read any more after work, at least in the recovering period. I love it when I wake up in the morning and see the surroundings clearly without having to look for glasses first.

This place is THE place to go! My significant other needed his Cartier glasses fixed. They were severely damaged and nobody wanted to touch them. Ariel told me the risks but I trusted him.. and he fixed them! He even cleaned them. The expertise is unmatched!

Dr. Ong is the best. She is very patient and knowledgeable and answers every single question I had. I was very nervous during my visit and she reassured me and calmed me down . She does a thorough assessment and cares for her patients. Dr. Ong is amazing at what she does !!!

Everyone at this office was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. From the moment I walked in the door, people were smiling. It was my first eye exam and the physician was amazing! She explained everything in a way I could understand and I never felt pressure to purchase anything. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone I know.

I made an appointment a couple of days ago and received multiple texts and emails to confirm my appointment. Everything looked good to go, and i was about to leave the house. This morning, however, 2 hours before my appointment, I got a call saying one they don't take my insurance at that loctation after they already confirmed it and two they somehow lost my appointment and I wouldn't be allowed to come in. Now I have to hunt down a different appointment on a Saturday. They seem very unorganized, and I find this to be very unprofessional. Would not recommend this location.

My husband and I recently moved to Tucson. When I asked around about a good optician, several folks recommended this office. I was NOT disappointed! The ladies at the desk were very warm and friendly, the young woman who did the initial tests to get me prepped for the Dr was very professional and knowledgeable. She was very comforting during an uncomfortable test and the Dr actually said that her assessment was ALMOST spot on as far as my vision goes. That's AMAZING! The doctor was very personable and professional. He explained everything in terms I understood, he told me WHY he recommended one thing over the other, and just really made me feel comfortable. Al at the optic desk was AMAZING! He really took his time with me helping me choose frames that suit my vision as well as my face, he explained my options from my insurance coverage and what each option meant for me. He was professional and so very helpful! I'm so excited to have found such a great Optician and Optical Surgical practice! 100☆'s

I am always so happy going into my eye doctor appointment. Everyone there is very nice and accommodating. I always feel like I have the latest styles and always having the best of what I can get. Kenny G is always so nice and he’s always punctual. They have the best selection and the service is top notch from everybody there. Whenever I’ve had any questions or need to put in an order for contacts I never have to wait too long.

Great service the best in the Rio Grande Valley as soon as you walk in there all over you and they take care of you right away

It was a longer than usual wait time (>3hrs) however once I was placed in the room the tech was very sweet and things moved fairly quickly. Dr Platt. Is alway friendly and shares valuable information and insight for me. He makes an unpleasant experience easy to tolerate. He s an excellent practitioner

We started our exam procedures shortly after arriving. Staff was pleasant. Our appointments with the doctor were informative. He answered all questions during the exam.

Rude, unprofessional receptionist. Came in around 3:15 on June 7th. The front receptionist (young woman with dark haired ponytail) took my fathers name and told us to sit down. My father is elderly and has a very hard time sitting for long periods of time, but his glasses just needed a quick adjustment so we didn't think we'd be there long. Well, after 45 minutes and seeing many people who showed up after us get called up, my father and I got up to ask the receptionist how much longer he'd have to wait because he was in pain. Turns out she never added his name to their system and we were sitting for 45 minutes waiting for nothing. Receptionist said she added him back into the system but didn't apologize for her mistake and acted unconcerned about wasting our time. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. The man who assisted my dad with his glasses was great and took less than a minute to make the adjustments. That's the only reason I'm not giving 1star.
