For Eyes
In need of glasses or contacts…prescribed by an actual optometrist and not just bought online…in hopes that they will actually help? Well L👀K no farther!!!
This King of Prussia For Eyes location comes highly recommended!! From my initial conversation to verify my insurance and schedule my appointment…it was Abir, who graciously answered my call and made scheduling against my work schedule a breeze! She was extremely patient, even after the 7:00 closing hour hit! Insuring she had taken my correct information and followed up immediately, confirming my insurance and granting me the much needed appointment for the very next evening.
Upon my tardy arrival, I was greeted by Isaiah. Without hesitation he made me feel welcome and of importance. There was no sitting and waiting! He made me feel this place was the best choice I’ve made for my vision needs. Isaiah was very professional in every aspect of his work. He did a great job in both tolerating my nervousness when testing my eyes and was my right hand when asked “how does this pair look?” Isaiah I thank you!!
And to my new optometrist Dr. Mary Nguyen…Never have I had a doctor so thorough and personable! She asked questions, listened and explained…all with a smile on her face!!
For eyes isn’t about pushing expensive frames on you…and this location will prove it with there amazing staff of professionals!!
Give them a try…you’ll “see”!!

Summit Eye Care
Dr. Tran and her staff are professional and courteous. They were able to see me the same day for my eye exam. Dr. Tran did a full health screening on my eyes along with my new prescription. She was very professional and thorough. Her Office is equipped with the latest equipment. her office takes Medicare so I knew all costs upfront. I would highly recommend Dr. Tran‘s of Summit Eyecare.

If I could put zero stars, I would. I would not advise anyone to use this place, and I hate to use race as a factor, but is not a place for colored people. When I first went in to get my glasses I was not greeted, and I was rushed picking up my glasses. I guess because of the type of insurance I had was Medicaid I was treated differently as if my money didn’t matter. I waited two weeks for my glasses. When I didn’t get a call, I finally went in. That’s when I was ignored AGAIN! When I got to the counter and ask about my Glasses she ended up locating them in the box they were shipped in sitting on the floor. The lady that “helped” me didn’t even look my way as she said she would call when they came in. I felt out of place and if it weren’t for my Medicaid already paying I would’ve never did business with them after this experience. They charged me the most of what my Medicaid covered not what I asked for. Money hungry! At its best! I expressed my frustration and asked for the HR department and she claimed the lady was out Lol. These ladies here do not care for people that are not Caucasian. Sad to say but true. As a black person I wouldn’t advise anyone else to use this place. And the glasses were very cheap looking. HORRIBLE! No communication!

These guys are so great! The doctor gave me all the information I wondered about and then some, and the sales reps helped me look for frames for literally an hour. They are transparent with their helpful policies and sensitive to what an expensive experience buying glasses can be. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely wonderful team who took amazing care of me and really went above and beyond, from the reception and people who did my eye tests to Dr Spratt, who was very thorough and who I am confident is the best glaucoma doc around. Will be staying with them long-term for sure!

I have had a couple of eye exams from Dr KIm and helped with glasses by the manager (I think his name is Rich, gentleman with long hair) and both times it have been a great experience. They always get my stuff in on a timely manner too. I appreciate the service these fine people provide and I hope walmart takes good care of them.

Worst ophtometrist in town, bad experience with the front, and dr Sohal, even worst. Never again. Want to go there so i don't have to drive to Roseville for eye surgery.
