Feedback: 1. 5 stars for Jasmin, the tech, she was very professional & personable! 2. The 2 stars rating relates to the wait time for Dr Fergason. She must have been overbooked or running behind, because the wait time was very long so I left. I was never actually seen by the doctor.

Dr. Watanabe has doctored my son since he was 2 years old and my son is now 18 years. He is fantastic! He is energetic and enthusiastic. He does a great job explaining things throughout an appointment not only to the child but to the parent. He cares about his patients. Highly recommend!!!!

Dr. Aziz and his assistant Laura were respectful and competent. They put me at ease with my fears and concerns. Dr. Aziz was gentle and kind and explained the procedure to me in detail before beginning. He replied promptly to my questions on the portal after the procedure. I highly recommend this office. The check in staff were friendly and competent as well.

Doctor Masi was very informative about eye care and eye health. Overall I had a really great experience with her and her helpful staff.

Really like Dr. Pinter. He spent a lot of time with me, answered all of my questions thoroughly in plain language without talking down to me. I came away with a full understanding of my situation and what I can expect.

1st call I noticed a large attitude as I kindly made an appt.. then I show up ans the lady tells me I can't be seen because I didn't confirm my apt.. but she was rude from the moment I walked in. It's sad when miserable.ppl work in a setting where the should be kind and use manners yet their misery is radiating them. I said that's fine I'll go elsewhere Called Dr sudek and got treated literally like a real human as I should. COMPLETE different experience. The OFFICE has Horrible vibes even worse front desk lady named ESTER. SMILE ESTER TRY BEING POLITE YOUR RUDENESS IS UGLY AS EVER. HAVE A BLESSDD DAY. I WILL Very bad and unpleasant and unprofessional experience because of Ester. I will never go back and I hope if you like to be treated fairly you dont go either. *****Also no recent texts were sent letting me know i need to confirm nor call. Which is what she said. Waste of time and effort.

On or around August 20th 2022 my daughter had an appointment at Founders Eyecare to have her eyes checked. Her eye sight prescription changed so she ordered new contacts and lenses for her glasses. She loves the frames on her glasses so she left her frames to be fitted with her new lenses. She received the contacts in a timely manner however has waited for over a month to receive her glasses. She has called many times to check on the delay. She was told repeatedly she would be contacted when they were ready. She is 18 years old and out of the state by now at college. My husband and I have been checking on the status of her glasses seeing they have dismissed my daughter. On one check in I was told her glasses were done but the lenses failed inspection. My husband was told that the machine that made the lenses was broken. After a month of waiting my husband received a call that the glasses were ready. He drove an hour to pick them up. We don’t live close but we’re under the false impression that this was a reputable eye care center. When my husband opened the box to look at my daughters glasses they were not her glasses! He was reassured those were the glasses my daughter ordered. Nope!!! They were NOT the frames she ordered because she did not order frames. She brought them her frames. They then admitted they lost her frames. Apparently they didn’t think we would notice. The frames they tried to pass off were ridiculous!!! My husband told them this was not acceptable so they said they would order her old frames and wouldn’t charge us. Oh wow!!! How kind!!! You lost my daughters frames and would even debate charging us to replace them? Two more weeks and the glasses are allegedly ready. They say they want to ship them to my daughter, out of state, as opposed to someone picking them up. I truly hope the glasses my daughter receives are satisfactory but that will remain to be seen. My family and I will not return to Founders Eyecare and I will not recommend this place to anyone!!! Save yourself a lot of time, money and stress by going somewhere else!!!
