Well, you get what you pay for. America's Best offers the among the lowest prices for contact lens exams, with 3 years of contact exams for $99 (you need to go every year anyways to get your prescription renewed), and 2 pairs of glasses for as low as 30 bucks a pair with a free exam. The sales associates are always very nice and helpful, but the eye doctor is extremely ... efficient. If you like zero small talk during the exam, then this is the perfect doctor for you. There usually is a bit of a wait, but again Milwaukee is a very densely populated city. They take both walk in appointments and scheduled appointments. But hey, the worst part about the place is still the puff of air you get in the eyes during the glaucoma test, so that's a win in my book.

The first year I followed my previous eye doctor to Levins in Perry Hall and then followed her to the Parkville location. My previous doctor is no longer with Levin, so I switched doctors and Dr. Le is great. The doctors are amazing at this location, but the front staff are the worst front staff of any eye doctors office that I have ever experienced. The first year going to the Parkville location, the front staff quoted me three different prices for contract lenses. Last year, they ordered me the wrong lenses. So I called and let them know they ordered the wrong lenses and I would like to speak to Dr. Le. Never did I receive a return call. So this location owes me lenses and I won't be returning back to this location.

Dr. Amy Crissman Head has been my optometrist for about 15 years. She is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Every exam is thorough, and each time I leave her office I feel confident that I just received the best eye care I could have gotten anywhere. Dealing with the entire staff at The Hills Eyecare and Optical is aways a pleasurable experience.

Nice clinic, great selection. Pretty expensive. Most of the staff is friendly, but one staff person has been consistently unpleasant and outright rude. If you can, avoid a “Hayley” at all cost. When I was pregnant with my daughter, but still too early to test, she asked if I could be pregnant (due to a test they wanted to perform). I told her “I could be but I don’t know yet. It’s too early.” Haley argued with me for a minute about why I don’t know and “either you’re pregnant or not which is it?!” Haley gives incorrect insurance information. Last year she told me I can’t bill both insurances in one visit and this year she’s telling me eyeglass prescriptions lapse in a year just like contacts. It’s little things like when I’m explaining my need, “okay, let’s just focus on the appointment…” there’s no rhyme or reason for her rudeness. If you can avoid this person, you’ll have a good experience.

Came here to get glasses and had a wonderful experience. April, Ryan, and Stevie were all very helpful. I was having a hard time deciding between frames and they took the time out to help me choose a frame. They were very helpful, kind and had great customer service. Definitely will be going back!

Everyone was friendly and smooth. The only complaint I have as a new patient waiting for the Dr to come in and see me… A lady came in did not introduce herself and started going through my chart and asking questions. She was not very friendly. Thank goodness Dr Wiley came in. He was great. Still no introduction from the lady that was in the room. As a new patient and a person that works in the medical field I feel that it was unacceptable that she did not make me aware of who she was. If she was the only one that came into the room and Dr. Wiley did not , I would be hesitant to go back. Other than that the office staff was amazing!!! Giving 4 stars due to whoever the lady was that did not introduce herself. Would be 5 stars if not for her

I started taking my mother here in League City and the doctors helped her better than the private practice MD’s she was previously seeing. The staff have always been professional and very informative. Dr. Vizzeri is a God send. Thank you.

As an optometrist excellent vision for me is paramount. Dr. Azman and his staff's expert examination and fitting of my scleral lenses for keratoconus provides me the excellent vision that I need to examine my patients. I have been fitted with scleral lenses by 4 optometrists over the past 10+ years. Dr. Azman is the best! His knowledge, experience and expertise can not be matched. The time and money spent by me as a patient to have my vision miraculously improved by scleral lenses is more than worth it! My personal and professional life have been blessed by Dr. Azman and his staff.

Became a new patient here and was instantly impressed.Everything was organized, the office is beautiful, and clean too. Julia at the front desk was kind, professional, and went over the top to exceed my needs when checking in and checking out at my appointment this last week.Dr. Schrauben did a through eye exam for me, explained everything he was doing, and asked if I had any questions. Then when I went to optical to pick out contact lenses, Rich was so kind and went the extra mile for me to make sure I had both prescriptions for my contacts and glasses. Overall, my experience at this office was phenomenal and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! I will be going there again for sure.

Friendly doctor and staff. Clean and quick service. They also replace pads and fix your frames for free. Reasonable prices too. Dr. Ton is gentler but Dr. Lim is also very good
