Mansoir Mark PA
Dr. Mansoir was an awesome recommendation from someone many years ago. I sure got lucky…been going to him forever! He takes his time to help you know the health of your eyes and works with you until he gets your prescription right. His staff is friendly and helpful as well getting in to see him. It’s great that it’s in Costco too!

Five stars for Dr Callahan he's amazing! But the girl who helps you find frames isn't very pleasant and is not a people person at all!

Pearle Vision
Pearle Vision went out of their way to let me know they did not care about my perspective in this process. When I went in to speak with Dr Gina Minucci (because they told me I couldn’t get my prescription emailed to me) and described what had happened, she told me we were talking in circles and then asked which contact I wanted, before briskly leaving the room. I asked them if this was something we could handle over the phone, they told me no, I had to come in again. I spoke with her for less than 5 minutes, with no accountability on their end of how much they have inconvenienced me, no acknowledgment with how they prescribed me a brand without my consent, nothing. The one saving grace was Abby who works at the desk, who had apologized to me for the mishap. Other than that, the service here was non communicative, they do not take accountability for their errors and in general will not apologize or care for how they’ve inconvenienced you. Even when trying to vocalize my concerns to them in person, which id much rather do instead of writing a review, they still did not want to hear it. So I guess I’ll write my concerns on the survey they sent me and on public forums here warning people of the gross carelessness with which they choose to operate here. They want you to spend more money on the brands they promote (likely incentivized on their end), and will prescribe them to you without your permission. They told me they saw this as a solution to the dry eye problem I addressed. I said ok, but do you see it as okay, prescribing someone something without telling them you’re prescribing them that? There was ZERO communication on their end that they had chosen a brand of contacts for me. Why would I choose trial contacts for this new brand you so vehemently pushed on me, if I was already committing to said brand? Read the fine print and ask questions because you won’t know if they’ve pulled the rug over your eyes, until you realize something doesn’t line up. And it’s not something they will care to make you keen to either, because it’s clear they care more about their money than about your needs or concerns being heard or met. Get your eyes checked elsewhere, if you care about being treated like a human being.

I am utterly dismayed and appalled by my recent experience with this office location. I cannot stress enough how strongly I urge everyone to stay away from here. The management of this establishment is absolutely deplorable, and it is shocking that they are allowed to operate in a healthcare practice, particularly the front office staff.
Two months ago, we made an appointment with Dr. Sumit Shah, only to be met with sheer disappointment on the day of the appointment. They callously refused to see the patient, citing a referral issue. Despite my attempts to reach out to the office twice prior to the appointment, no one bothered to inform us about this crucial requirement. They even had the audacity to send us paperwork to complete before the appointment, but conveniently omitted any mention of the referral.
When we presented a possible solution by requesting our primary doctor to send a referral within a few hours, they heartlessly turned down our plea. Neither the management nor Dr. Sumit showed any willingness to cooperate or empathize with our situation. Their attitude was downright rude, leaving us feeling helpless and disrespected.
To make matters worse, they rescheduled our appointment for a whole month later, completely disregarding the urgent medical needs of my 72-year-old father. It is simply unacceptable to subject a vulnerable elderly patient to such a prolonged wait just to see a doctor.
In hindsight, I deeply regret not heeding the warnings from other reviews about this location. I wish I had read them earlier, as it would have spared us the frustration and wasted time.
This office staff lack of professionalism, compassion, and respect for patients is absolutely inexcusable. I hope my review serves as a warning to others seeking healthcare services - avoid this place at all costs. The disappointment and stress caused by their incompetence are not worth risking your health or the health of your loved ones.

Doctor was thorough. And made clear the recommendations. I appreciated that. Front desk was helpful suggestions on the use of my insurance. I found the experience pleasant from my initial call at nine to being in and out by noon that same day.
