Terrible service, I waited more than 2 hours for them to attend to me, I don't understand why they give appointments if they don't respect the schedule. One star is too much for this place!

Wow, where do I start? This was the best decision of my life, I have been in coke bottles for over 15 years. I was scared out of my mind when I walked through the doors, but the staff the doctors everyone was so nice and welcoming. I was mad late for my appt but the gentleman at the front doors was super nice and helpful. Everything was explained there were no surprises along the way. I went for a consultation on Tuesday 8/29 and I got my surgery on Wednesday 8/30 I had the best pain meds I went home had a great nap and I have been seen 20/20 ever since. If you wear Coke bottles as I did, this is the place for you to come to be able to throw them Coke bottles in the trash. Thank you to the Bala Cynwyd staff for making me feel comfortable and thank you to the Mt Laurel staff and surgeon. 🥰💃🏾👀🤩

I’ve gone two years in a row now and have had a wonderful experience, Dr. Adam Huff listens to my concerns, treats me with respect and doesn’t talk down to me. I’ve had multiple eye doctors in my life who didn’t listen or couldn’t help give me a prescription that actually helped my eyes, the staff is all so kind and friendly, I would recommend everyone here.

Dr St Louis is amazing and has a great sense of humor! Loved this practice and the care I received. She is so up to date on eye health it gives me great confidence. Her staff are friendly and extremely helpful.

My frames broke in the weirdest way possible and I don't live in MA so I went to this visionworks. Jules was amazing, the first pair of frames she picked out I loved and fit my lenses perfectly! She even adjusted them once and they fit perfect. Good eye girl, she is the sweetest and deserved some recognition for her great help. Thank you to all the nice employees there as well :)

Everyone in the office was friendly and very welcoming. I took my 5 year old to have her vision checked and they did such an awesome job with her. They were able to administer eye drops without her fussing and crying. While in the room waiting for the drops to kick in, they had music videos for the kiddos to watch. I’m impressed with how well an eye doctor’s office is able to accommodate children to ensure they are comfortable during their visit.

Went to Visionworks to have my glasses updated with my new prescription. The sales associate was fabulous. I'm so sorry I didn't get her name. She processed my order, fixed my husband's glasses and took her time dealing with our requests while the phone was ringing, and people were coming in to pick up their orders. She was polite and efficient. Made contact with everyone telling them she would be with them shortly. The perfect example of wonderful customer service!

You truly cannot ask for a kinder and more thorough optometrist than Dr. Barley. He always takes his time to explain everything well and makes honest recommendations.

The lady with red hair was really nice and polite when I first came in and was very helpful and friendly, I would definitely come back whenever I need my glasses fixed again.

DO NOT COME HERE Worst optometrist I’ve ever been to. 1st I ordered pink lenses. They look over 3 weeks to arrive and they were brown. I did not even get a case or anything with the glasses, they just handed me the glasses alone not even a rag to clean. I then asked for my prescription over the phone and the lady said the process was too long to do over the phone so I have to come in. The Process being to send an email and sign it. SMH. The staff was overly rude, doctor himself was rude and made remarks about everything I commented on why I need glasses. Do not go here. Whole time I was there the staff was only worried about talking down on the patients. The office is very messy they have papers and files all over the place. Very un professional
