Take your baby somewhere else. The doctors are good but the front desk staff is horrible. Also be sure the optical part is open before you go, because you can go but there is a chance that it won’t be open during the hours that it says. SMH. So disappointed.

He was very detailed and described what was the next step and the process. First time and it was a great experience!

Dr. Wladis removed a basal cell carcinoma from my eyelid. He is very professional and did a good job with what turned out to be a more complex than expected after Moh's surgery work done at Skin Specialists of the Capital Region ( Dr. Altmeyer). I was very happy with the result of the plastic work at the incision site. I did give a 5 star review bc the majority of the experience was very positive, but do have one note: the surgical scheduler Kayla was late sending my preop paperwork, and was hard to reach to resolve scheduling issues The nursing staff at the Slingerlands Vista Blvd new facility and the Latham location where surgery was completed are all wonderful. I was able to get both surgeries completed the same day, just had to be driven between clinics for Moh's and plastic work. Dr. Wladis teams at each location of his were efficient, kind, caring and go the extra mile. Lovely clean facilities at both places with staff following good hygiene practices. Dr. Waldis has super good technique and touch. Dr. Waldis. He's a good guy and explains stuff well and is patient with questions and receptive to working with the patient as an individual.

My family & I have been going to see Dr. Salchak for years and we get quality attention and service every time. The staff are welcoming, friendly and the practice/office ambience is relaxing. Appointments are easy to set and the office help with reminders and confirmations. Five star!!!

My daughter attempted twice to make an appointment for her two yr old son and each time they were closed. She works until 4 and sometimes 4:30pm which is the same time this ophthalmology office closes. So she asked me to call and make the appointment for her to which they refused because a parent needs to call.

Dr Joe is very good person I also knew his Dad, very nice Dr's Vision I love them ,!!!
