The office staff is professional and friendly. The office is modern and immaculate. Dr. Surti is so warm and friendly. She assured me that she could address all my concerns and I have all confidence in her. She listened to me and acknowledged that my concerns were legitimate. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for an opthamologist! Five star for sure!

The exam FAR exceeded my expectations. The Optometrist was personable and professional. I was impressed with the technology at her disposal. I felt very comfortable and will refer all of my family members to her. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience today.

I truly wish I could give this establishment a 0. Not only have they not ordered an incorrect prescription for my try on but, they've also continuously "lost" my prescription or, simply not ordered it after calling to let me know they're ready for pick up. The staff is rude and hung up on me, they wouldn't allow someone who is on my forms to pick my prescription up, and again they've lost my prescription multiple times. Overall they're unprofessional and rude don't waste your time here.

Love love love this place! I brought my puppy to them with what we know now was cataracts. We’ve visited them routinely for 9 months and as they’ve watched my girl grow up, I’ve truly felt like they love her. Dr. Fisher always kept me informed and has very successfully restored my babies vision! All of the staff here are so welcoming and helpful with any of the questions you may have. I truly wish this could be my dogs routine vet and it will be a bittersweet goodbye when the time comes. They were very reasonably priced in our experience as well!

by far my favorite place to get my contacts and eye exams from. This couple is so sweet and helpful, always makes me feel comfortable and goes above and beyond for the customers. I’ve been going here for years and will continue. Thank you for being the best eye doctors around!

I don’t know how often people who serve in the medical field receive compliments, but my experiences with Kaiser are always on point. Last week I took my broken eye glasses frame in for repair at the Timonium location. Lauren easily resolved the matter with ease and a pleasant, professional attitude. She is typical of the reception I get no matter which department I use. Her attitude diffused my frustration and turned a negative situation into a pleasant experience. Well done!
