I don't know about the rest of the staff at Sears Optical, but I do know about their fantastic policy of customer satisfaction and customer relations. I have been wearing glasses since I was five (kindergarten where a teacher noticed I couldn't see), so I have years and years of optometry experience (I'm 38 now). My son now has been with glasses since he was two (now almost 17), Sears has been with us every step of the way, no matter where we travel, sears is there. Janet, of the Reno store (previously employed in Eureka) is a valuable asset in my eyesight planning. She was with me in the Eureka store and helped me track down discontinued frames for my son, who has a +<12 prescription, that would fit his out of the ordinary lenses. Sears has repeatedly gone out of their way to make it worth my while to be their customer, even though the nearest store now is five hours drive away. I know that if I needed to, I could drive to Reno and find Janet to help me figure out what was on my crisis. But so far, she has helped me from afar, continuing our long time patient(customer)/health care provider(salesperson) relationship. Please, consider Sears to be your #1 choice in optometry care. First visit here today and it was a great one! Everyone I came in contact there was pleasant, friendly and professional. Dr. Vigdal was thorough and was great at explaining everything. After the eye exam the lady helping me pick out glasses was also great (I forget her name). I highly recommend this Eye Doc and store.

Literally waited 3 hours for my appointment to fibish, dialated my eyes without making sure I had a driver and then my appointment is still 3 hours long! The technician was rude when I shower him my paperwork and caught an attitude

Too expensive, and all my right eye lens pairs was defective. They bothered my eyes a lot. It was a waste of money.

This is by far the best My Eyelab!! The customer service I received was beyond exceptional. Brady went above and beyond my expectations. Needless to say, I live in Oklahoma, but travel with work, but I will definitely go out of my way to get my eyes checked and obtain my contacts and glasses at his store. Every person that I dealt with at that store was wonderful, I am truly one very happy and satisfied customer!!!!

I have been here for a while now and I have finally decided that today was my last day here. They are so racist and if you’re black you will sit there until each and every white customer is seen and satisfied. Never again! And they over price us too. Ask for your receipt

I have been coming here for years now, and I’ve seen both Dr. Lee and Dr. Dao…they are wonderful!!! The staff at the front are just as wonderful. I have never had a bad experience there whatsoever. When I call to make an appointment they get me in fast and the wait is minimal to be seen once you’re there. I will never go any place else for my vision needs or those of my family.

I loved my experience with Dr and staff! They were efficient add professional, right down to the details of my overall health. They worked with my health plan to optimize my benefits when choosing and fitting my new glasses. I highly recommend this office!
