Just got glasses here, what a waste of money!! $600 down the drain, can't see anything with the close up, don't waste your money going here ,I can't see out of them. The arms on them are so long that they almost wrapped around my ear. What a waste of money what a bunch of garbage you would be better off staying home -/you might as well go over to the drugstore and get you a pair of readers would be better than what they put out.

My experience with Dr. Salvay and his staff was outstanding!! He is incredibly skilled and up to date on all the newest technological advances in the field. And, last but not least, he is a delightful person. I always knew that I had made the right decision when I chose Dr. Salvay as my surgeon!

I have no obvious suggestions for improvement as it's difficult to improve upon excellence!! Staff at all levels of the process couldn't have been more caring and professional, with each step of the procedure being thoroughly explained to me prior to it taking place. This led to no surprises during the surgery and me not feeling the least bit anxious about what was happening. And as for Dr. Brass, based on the outcome of each surgery, I am convinced he is actually a magician disguised as a surgeon. Besides his obvious skill set, his personal phone call the evening after each surgery spoke volumes to me about his integrity as a doctor and his genuine concern for my welfare. He also seemed concerned that I had as positive an experience as I could have expected. I do need to apologize for not answering his call after the first surgery as my initial reaction was "who could possibly be calling me at 9pm in the evening". I was primed and ready for his call after the 2nd surgery though!! I sincerely thank Dr. Brass as well as any staff member I interacted with. I only wish I could remember each of their names...

My son and I came for our yearly exam and the staff are very helpful. They have the right knowledge to answer your questions and very professional. Stephanie has been very helpful and provided assistance when I was trying to decide which frame to purchase. She was not pushy and very patient. They have wide array of designer frames and I was very satisfied with the service we received. We also never had a hard time booking an appointment and they send multiple reminders and was very helpful for people like me who can't keep track of schedules. We will definitely be back next year.

I had a difficult time seeing to drive myself home after this appointment. They should have recommended I get a driver after they dilated my eyes... not until I let the receptionist know, as I was leaving the appointment, that my vision was blurry, did they offer me a dark sun visor plastic lens. My eyes hurt for almost an hour afterwards!

Many, many patients have complained about Dr. Sack's receptionist who makes many, many mistakes and yet she still works there. Dr. Sacks himself is a good eye doctor (a no-nonsense kind of guy) but he relies on information provided by his receptionist and it can and does cause a nightmare. Thank God there is one woman who works there who does know what she is doing. Her name is Lupe. ONLY deal with Lupe or you will regret it if that other woman touches your file or insurance card. Perhaps if Dr. Sacks sees that his business is being adversely affected, he will do something about the receptionist's incompetence.

Dr. Bader was very through and did a great job of explaining in detail my particular situation and his treatment worked extremely well. His more was very good and had a great attitude.

Very professional service but a few too many “up-sales” for the exam and when finalizing your frame/lenses choice. Eye dilation adds $20, retinal optimization adds $20. The whole exam process is state-of-the-art so is it really necessary? Frames, lots of frames but the on-sale $29.99 ones felt cheap and easily breakable. I can appreciate glasses as a fashion statement but some people like simple round/square frames. The average priced frames of $69.99-$79.99 were too gaudy, too big or too small with the plastic ones feeling like they’ll break easy. My frame allowance from insurance is $170 but guess what? No frames at that price! I settled for “designer” Ray-Bans priced $179.99. As I told them I hope “designer” doesn’t mean “breaks easily” Thanks, Rob.
