Shashi Alloju, I called twice to scheduling an appointment at your office. Your scheduling department is not helping and very rude. 1) I am trying to talk about my insurance, she talked for couple of minutes after that she just put me back into queue. 2) again I called with having all my insurance details, she is very rude. So I didnot felt she is trying to help. I said I will go with some other doctor she just hangs up.. This kind of behavior won’t help to grow your business.. I know your dad where I went for gastrology also i came few years ago to your office also.

Great place to get your eyes checked

I have been here twice now & each experience has been wonderful. The receptionists communicate so well, they call to confirm your appointment and let you know if you need to be in early for paperwork. They're incredibly friendly and kind in person as well. My appointments have started by their scheduled times. & the eye doctor was wonderful as always. He listens to my concerns, kindly guides me through the exam and finds me the lens most right for me. Thank you!

Outstanding Optometrist- 5+ Stars! I recently had the pleasure of being under the care of Dr. Maldonado at Texas Tech. My experience was superb. Dr. Maldonado was professional, compassionate, and took the time to educate me throughout the examination process regarding my eye health. He made me feel comfortable, welcome, and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend Dr. Maldonado as he truly cares for his patients and is committed to going above and beyond setting the standard for the best patient care.

I had a really lovely experience here. The wait to be seen was a little longer than I'd like, but it was worth it to see Dr. Khalaf. It's rare to come across a doctor that has such genuine concern for their patients. I can't tell you how many times I've gone into a clinic and felt unheard, unseen, and rushed to treat/diagnose. Not here though. With Dr. Khalaf I felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. I'd give this place 6 stars, if I could.

This has been by far the worst experience coming to this place, The staff is rude and unwilling to help, the wait for the glasses is ridiculously long They made me wait a little over a month for my prescription. A when I called to ask why the wait was so wrong the doctor told me that they had sent my glasses to the wrong shop or what ever. It has now been 6 weeks and I’m STILL waiting on them to give me my damn glasses.
