This place is AMAZING!!! Everyone was super helpful and friendly. They had a great selection of frames. AND they took my Medicaid (Aetna) insurance.

Samantha has such great presents with her clients. She was so helpful and courteous towards me. She made sure all my needs were fulfilled. Since moving to pearland a month, looking for a place to get new glasses has been a challenge. However, Samatha made my experience very worthwhile. Thanks!

This staff is very unprofessional. They are rude and short tempered. I asked them several questions they had no answers for me. They wait on people out of order. The wait time is ridiculous. They acted like i was there to service them and that they were disappointed in me. Service is horrible. I dont recommend this place.

Very happy with my experience here today. Dr. David was extremely on point and assertive, getting me fit for contacts that I can actually see out of (I have a very difficult script to fit for contacts). I left the office with trials and am sitting at my work desk able to see. Front desk was extremely personable and had everything ready when I walked in. Danielle, who was my initial intake staff member was super sweet and knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing during pre-testing. Working my way around to where I picked out frames, Glen and Alexis were very helpful at finding me frames that look great and that I like. Glen was training a sweet young lady, Cierra, and I was amazed at how patient and accommodating they both were. I am excited to get my new glasses and I like the perks with the way they sell contacts purchasing a year's supply, and they offer all kinds of benefits in doing that. I definitely recommend them.

After moving back to Michigan, I saw an eye doctor at a national in Okemos; I was never quite happy with the experience (thought I had been very happy with the chain office I went to in Indiana), and finally tried Norton after my husband had a good experience. I'm so glad I did; it was such an upgrade for me in terms of care and office experience. Everyone I came in contact with (four people) was great, and I will continue to go to Norton in the future. Dr. Norton and her assistant, Michelle, were very knowledgeable, efficient (but not rushing), and friendly.

Absolutely wonderful doctor! I was so glad he was on my insurance again and I was able to return to him for my eye examination! Very professional and also very kind! Office staff were all very nice too!

Husband went in for a follow up and was told AFTER that ins wouldn't cover. Incompetent workers. Now we're stuck with the bill.
