I've been coming to this location since I was a teenager. They have always been incredibly respectful and helpful to all my needs. I love the feeling that they really care about my needs. Everyone is incredibly friendly here and it's a very calm environment. Great location. I will continue to get my glasses here for many years to come.

Very misleading, unprofessional

I've been using America's Best on Belt line for a few years now. Every time I go, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The exam plus 2 sets of glasses for a reasonable price... The excellent customer service is the cherry on top! I went in today to get my glasses adjusted, and Bren spent a good 15 minutes adjusting every little bit of the frames over and over for me until they felt comfortable on my head. She did so with a smile on her face and assured me it was no big deal to have to keep adjusting. I very much appreciated the time she took to make sure everything fit correctly. I wish all customer service lived up to that level. I'd also like to mention that Travis took the time to help me find the most comfortable frames for my face when I was in a month ago for the exam. Get rid of your vision insurance and just go to America's Best! They really are... The best!

we came in to get a new pair of glasses since we renew them every year, and this lady was trying to tell us that we have to have approval, so we called shopko because that’s where i had been getting them and at my appointment there the other day they told me i was approved and ready to get another pair but the lady at walmart told us differently! she was very rude and not nice, horrible service!!! her name is cheryl. the only one that really was nice and willing to help was jerica.
