Excellent service. Both doctors (Curtis and his wife Janet) do a thorough, quality examination. They take the time with you, to listen, and make sure your eyes are taken care of. Staff is excellent. I want to thank Shawna in the eye glasses department for going above and beyond in assisting me with my insurance claims. Please give her a raise.

Great Office! Everyone one was so helpful, from the time i entered till when i left. Dr. Ridgway was so informative and really showed me how to understand what was wrong with my eyes. Got Glasses to fix problem and was out of there less then a hour!! 👍👍😉😉 …

Very nice and professional staff

Dr. Wright and her staff has a family oriented office. They are professional, friendly and caring about their patients. Dr. Kenntha Wright has been my optometrist for over 25 years and she is still as good as she was in 1998. I highly recommend her Wright Vision Center and staff in Decatur Georgia.

I contacted this establishment seeking basic information about the contact lens exam, but was placed on hold for an extended period. It sounded like the lady was racist after hearing my name and put me on hold and just left. I would not recommend their services as they missed an opportunity for potential business.

First ever eye appointment, the entire staff was great and got me in on super short notice. Dr. Lynn provides top notch care.

Prompt service, friendly staff. Quick refraction. Eyewear store conveniently located on site. Between bicarbonates, transitions, anti-reflection, and other options lenses can be pricey. My rep was patient with me as I worked through the choices.

Always love my experience here. They have a new doctor Dr.Dao and she’s great. Very informative and takes her time with you to make sure you understand everything going on in terms of the health of your eyes. Front desk is nice & the office is clean. They also have a great selection of glasses for all ages. 10/10 will ALWAYS recommend !!

I really enjoyed my visit to empire vision works. The staff was super helpful and so nice! They also showed patience with my son who has ADHD and did not seem to mind the 20 questions he needed to ask or him moving about the rooms wanting to touch everythinggg. That was really a big thing for me because most people seem annoyed and try to rush us out. I will forever be grateful with their professionalism. I can't even explain how nice and helpful they were and I am not going to try because any of the compliments I give still cannot even do them justice. This is a wonderful establishment and I would recommend it to absolutely everyone. Even though I have to get glasses, having such a wonderful, kind and helpful staff made me not even mind that getting older has messed with my eyesight. I will definitely go back! I don't want to have to use any other eye doctors!!!!!!!!!! All the staff should get a RAISE. I swear they were that good!!

The whole staff was super helpful and nice, but that's not what tjis review is about. This review is specifically about Rene at the front desk. I had to go to the appointment without my bf due to scheduling, which meant I had no one's help on picking glasses. After about 15 pairs on my face, I was starting to get overwhelmed and was on the verge of a breakdown. Rene saw my stress and offered to help me pick out some glasses they stayed with me for about 20 mins helping me try in all kinds of pairs and giving their advice. Genuinely would've walked out of there with no glasses if it wasn't for Rene taking the time to help me. And by help? I mean they held my hand through the whole thing and kept listening to my issues and concerns and helped me find a pair of glasses that genuinely looked great on me. 10/10 will continue using this americas best specifically because Rene works there!

Dr Kaur and her husband are truly amazing people. They both care a great deal about there patients and treat you like family. Dr. Kaur has great compassion, knowledge and is up on all of the latest equipment to make diagnosis more proficient. I highly recommend them.
