I would not recommend this office to anyone! I scheduled an appointment and spend time driving to the office just to hear, that I can get a prescription only if I order glasses from the office. When I tried to explain that my glasses are usually very expensive and I am not ready to order and just need an eye exam for now, they said that the doctor cannot see me unless I order glasses. They should have disclosed that prior to making an appointment. I have been wearing glasses since childhood and never heard of such thing. Even if I wanted to order glasses from the office, their frames selection is not really good. I also reported the office to my insurance.

Have had nothing but positive experiences. The Dr. Is very friendly, efficient, and professional. Andrea the optician is just amazing. She manages to juggle several customers very efficiently and is so kind and takes her time to explain everything and truly help you out. It does not at all feel like she's trying to sell you something-- she wants the best glasses for you! Andrea is phenomenal!

First time there had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Dr.Artrip was so nice and explained my results to me and listened to everything I had to say. Bianca was great in fitting me with my new glasses and sunglasses! Great time talking with Bianca!

If you’re looking for service and nice people do not go here!!! I’ve never been so insulted in my life walked in this morning…. I was coming in to have a pair of my glasses redone, I’ve been coming here for years the woman/girl at the counter was so rude!! I couldn’t even believe it I walked in without a mask, I said I didn’t have one. If you want people to wear masks which I totally understand you should have a box of masks for your customers when they walk in. Shame on you!! I run a business also and we have masks for people to put on if they don’t have them. I just went down the block on Bell Blvd to Eyes on Bell and ordered my new lens and frames $875.00 and they had masks at the entrance and amazing customer service.

Dr. Wendy is an amazing eye doctor. She’s very thorough and compassionate. I love shopping here!

The optometrist really knows her stuff. She worked very well with my very fussy two year old. Only reason I gave it three stars instead of five is because they are almost impossible to get ahold of over the phone. No one answers the phone, and you can't even leave a message or anything, it just disconnects you after so long.

The office is so clean..the staff so welcoming and Dr Hurt was very professional. I used to go to Dr Hyman and Kentucky Eye has taken over. It is a good feeling to know I am in good hands

I started my visit as a very nervous individual but Amanda and Tiera made me less nervous with their wonderful customer service. Dr. Steiner was very efficient. I especially liked that he told me what he was doing at each step. I appreciated his patience with me when I had to stop and regroup a few times during the process.
