We love going here. They are always friendly, and helpful. We drive an extra 15 minutes to come to this particular one after having bad experiences on numerous occasion with the one by our house. We have had the pleasure of having Naomi a handful of times and she is always kind and helpful.

Absolutely love our experiences with these folks. Very nice. Very informative. Everyone takes the time to make sure you have a well-rounded appointment and that you have the time to choose the frames that you want to buy. There is no pressure for a sale nor to rush you out the door. They receive our highest recommendation and will never go anywhere else!

First time patient and probably won't return, The customer service upfront needs some majoring improving, The Female working there rushes you, The way she explained the policy made it seem like after a certain amount of time they couldn't/wouldn't help me anymore even if i was paying out of pocket.... This person completely ignored my husbands request of making an appointment. I will Never recommend this place nor will we return.

Overall, always a good experience. The wait time was a little long, an hour and 20 minutes to see the doctor, but Dr Campagna always spends quality time with me that I don't feel rushed and I appreciate that.

We've been coming here for several years. They always work with us on scheduling. Whenever we need glasses repaired they are quick. Dr. Peterson is helpful and efficient!

Dr. HUNG NGUYEN is the best Eye Doctor!!! He cares for his patients. The receptionist, Ms. Quynne is nice and very accommodating. I highly recommend this place!!!

I broke my glasses just as I was about to board the plane from Florida to Los Angeles. I googled the closest eye glass store and found Michael's Optical. Michael the owner was very nice, he expertly fixed my glasses for free very quickly. It's hard to find privately owned businesses these days. I like to support these businesses. If I lived in the Valley, I would definitely get my next glasses from here.

I have been going to Frisco Eye Care for 10 years and with this new ownership, I'm not going back. The service is slow and Doctor Malani didn't seemed too concerned about her patient's wellbeing You would think after telling a patient they have an eye injury the doctor would at least explain the severity of it. All I got was a prescription and typing from her keyboard. I had to ask baseline questions the former owner would have answered without having to be prompted. Even then, I left feeling uncomfortable and unsure about my diagnosis because this doctor doesn't feel the need to even pretend to be concerned about her patient's eye health.

My appointment with Dr. Motto was nothing less than spectacular. From the beginning of the visit to the end of the visit Dr. Motto made me feel welcomed and I appreciated that some Doctors just don’t have the time anymore for even a brief conversation. Dr. Motto educated me on my vision and also had a open ear about my concerns. This review is well overdue as I had to wait on my glasses lol.
