This place looks clean from the outside but inside the staff is rude, inconsiderate and the amount of staff I saw use the same gloves from one patient to another was insane. Its a surgical place..that blew my mind. I will never go back here. If you want to go blind... Go here.

Dr. Guzik was incredibly nice and very personable. As was all of the staff I met. I'd go as far as to say that Dr. Guzik is genuinely the best experience I've had with an eye doctor. Everyone was so kind, the office was very nice, and I really couldn't overstate how good my experience was. Strongly recommend.

Beware! They have a tiny selection of frames in stock and you have to pick from their selection. No special orders. If you want to use your own frames you have to sign a release form. I had some really cool frames that I asked them to use. The lab screwed up the first lenses. Then the lab tried making them again and broke my frames. I'm out $200 on frames and $500 on lenses I can't use because my prescription has now changed. (Yes it took that long to try to fix this.) If you have $700 to throw away, Best Eye Care is a great place to lose it. And by the way, they are corporately managed now, so this is not a single practitioner office anymore.

As far as for the doctors knowing their specialty, I would say excellent! However for the staff that is there, they are rude, racist, overworked and underpaid! And I can attest that they definitely treat Medicaid patients very differently from the rest. Beware!

Dr Jim is amazing. My family & friends have been getting our prescription glasses from him for over 20 years. He has a spectacular selection of frames, and an expert eye at suggesting which frames look best with your face shape. Eyes Unique is a fantastic business that I cannot recommend highly enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had to choose a new eye doctor after my former had closed their practice. After my appt with Dr. Flanagan, I wish I had come here sooner. Their office staff is polite and Dr. Flanagan was amazing. She took the time to go over all aspects of findings and explain everything that was found. They worked with my insurance to give me the best possible value to be able to purchase both my contacts and glasses! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Flanagan to anyone seeking a great eye doctor!!

Fantastic service. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and the gentleman who helped me with fitting the first pair was so kind, patient, and professional. I live with a 24/7 headache, and he spent probably 20 mins patiently correcting the frames so they weren’t too tight and made sure everything was well adjusted and balanced. Would absolutely recommend

Rick was Great, price was very reasonable compared to Lens Crafters. Two pair of glass for my son cut and done in less than one hour. I will be back for mine in the next few weeks.
