My wife and I stopped by for an exam and glasses. The receptionist, assistant, and doctor were professional and helpful. After the exam, we picked out glasses with Natasha. As well as being polite and professional, she was witty and helpful. Very good customer service skills. Overall, it was a good experience.

Lauren was so friendly and helpful today. She quickly took care of me and even did more than I asked for. She was wonderful.

The only reason I’m giving Dr. Kielty a 5-Star rating is because a 10-Star rating is not available. I went to Dr. Kielty for a consult due to the fact I was concerned about a drug prescribed by a cardiologist may have caused injuries to my eyes. But before I met the doctor his outstanding staff gave me a complete eye examination in a professional and expeditious manner. When Dr. Kielty came into the examination room, he listened intently as I explained my concerns regarding my eyes. With his assistant he then went over the results of the eye examination just performed. He then gave me the most extensive eye examination than I have ever had by an Opthamoligist. He then explained in detail the results the prescribed drug had on my eyes. And most amazing to me is that he knew in detail the affects that drug has on a persons eyes when such drugs are prescribed by a cardiologist, not an Opthamoligist. He took a personal interest in my overall heath and well being well beyond what a patient should expect from any physician. As I stated from the beginning, a 10-Star rating on a 5-Star system from a caring and professional physician the likes I have never seen before.

Had my first appointment today. Really nice doctor, love supporting small business and not big corporate. He even gave me some free contact lenses. Went above and beyond, thank you!

I’ve seen Dr Lerner annually for over a decade. He and his staff are absolutely amazing. I leave every appointment confident that I’ve received the highest level of care and professionalism!

So good! The nicest people work here. Dr. Haworth is absolutely dedicated to every patient. My glasses are complicated and take a while to make. My only wishes for improvement would be a bike rack and that my complicated glasses could be made faster. If you're using the same frame, it can be really tricky. If buying a new frame it's easier. Tricky lenses like mine have to be set into frame at the lab. So re-using a frame means you need a second pair of glasses. Hmmmm.

Nearly one month and still waiting for a completed order. Received the first pair after having called to see if they were in yet...that was after three weeks. First time using them and most likely the last. Nice enough people tho.

Dr. Nguyen and her staff were courteous and thorough. They took the time to listen to my concerns and the Doc made recommendations to help with my individual needs. I highly recommend this place to anyone with eye care needs. This was my first visit and my family will continue to use them.

Best 👌 and most knowledgeable doctor I ever visited with. first time back in 1991 when I visited and was seated. on the chair for doctor to check my eyes while they were burning and I was in pain he told me exactly 💯 what was wrong and why I was in pain, since I am not seeing any other doctor only him.I do highly recommend doctor Shily.I am up for my 2023 check up.
