Unprofessional service, doctor laughed at me because I asked for a refund and said no to me, they kept my money. Never shop from this website, coming from my experience.

Found this place on google luckily they took my insurance and was more than happy with the service doctors are very nice and very experienced above it all they were honest .. my daughter needed glasses and theyr varieties were great! She chise some very lovely tiffany & co ones that she now loves . I reccomend this place 100%

Patient, personable, a great communicator, compassionate, professional, excellent and highly competent -- all ways I would use to describe Dr. Thurber. When my eyesight began experiencing odd irregularities in 2008, I turned to Dr. Thurber after receiving several shrugs from other eye doctors in Lincoln. He quickly diagnosed the issue, put my fears to rest, and took immediate steps to remedy the problem. I've enjoyed going back for my eye care ever since. The office staff is also very friendly and professional. It's too bad there isn't a way to give six or seven stars here.

Dr. Tang was very efficient and professional and very kind. She took the time to double check all of my examinations and corrected my medical records. She was very informative!

I have been to this eye doctor twice and both times I left very upset. The first time I went to OptimEyes was about 13 years ago. I had to get my eyes dilated and the nurse that put the eye drops in my eyes was very rude. I have had a lot of problems with my eyes so they are very sensitive. This nurse man-handled me. She grabbed my face and pried my eyes open with no warning or anything. I was 5 years old. This traumatized me. After that I told my mom I was never going back. Well 13 years later, I had to go back. We figured since it had been so many years since we had been there, that it wouldn't be bad. Well it was even worse than before. It took about 20 minutes just to take the pictures of my eyes. I sat there will a bright light in my eyes and a nurse holding my eye open. After that, when it was time to see the doctor, he also man-handled my eyes. After having no time for my eyes to recover from the pictures, he shined another light in them. He pried my eyes open and kept. touching them. He never asked or told me what he was going to do. I don't like when people are near my eyes, but I knew for the eye doctor someone would have to touch them, but this doctor didn't even give me a warning. He just tilted my chair back and started to poke and pry my eyes. But thats not the only problem. This doctor was just straight up rude. I have a lot of health problems. We got the pictures so my neurologist could see if i had fluid behind my eyes. But the eye doctor was saying very rude things to me. Asking me if I knew "the difference between a migraine and headache". After speaking to him the nurses even apologized for his childish and rude behavior. I will never go to this place again. It is very close to my house, but I would rather drive an hour away to a different eye doctor then go there again.

Absolutely excellent place! The young man who works there is exceptional and willing to help in any way he can! Highly recommend it

My daughter and myself had excellent customer service and the Dr. was amazing as well with explaining everything in a way for both me and my daughter to understand. His staff helped both of us pick glasses and I’m the type of person who likes honesty especially when it comes to if I’m going to wear something and it doesn’t look right on me I need the truth and with that being said they went above and beyond, they helped us pick out glasses and told us what looked good with our face shape and what didn't. I honestly appreciate that. We need more honesty in this world without someone getting offended. I noticed (very little) negative reviews about Hutto Vision Care and I must say I’m very shocked because that’s not the case with what we got. We had great service!! No business is going to be perfect and there are bitter people in this world that will say anything to try and destroy a business if things don’t go the way they want or don’t like the way someone says something. Negative reviews don’t always make it true and from personal experience they were fantastic!

I didn’t get the impression that they are trying to do things in the best interest of the patient. Money is the top thing they are after. They will try to schedule unnecessary appointments as often as they can. Took my daughter there once and got called multiple times saying the doctor wants to see her again. Not a big fan. Won’t go back.
