The Chinese woman works there as the reception is the worst. Never smiles. Bad attitude. Impatient. Unhelpful. Unprofessional. She should not be placed in a position to serve customers at all.

The lady's in the front office always go above and beyond to help us.. this is the 2nd time we've needed same day appointments or glasses repaired and they always help..if I could give 100 stars I would....

I was a new patient. I was fully impressed from the front staff all the way through my experience with this practice. The techs and scribes were very helpful and the physician was pleasant and knowledgeable. Overall great experience. Highly recommended.

Dr. Robert Anderson is an excellent Eye Doctor

I purchased prescription eyeglasses at Sam's Club Optical Center and my glasses were stylish, affordable, and delivered on time (actually a day ahead of schedule). The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I have purchased glasses here on multiple occasions and will do so in the future.

The whole staff here was amazing! From entering the building I was blown away from the kindness and professionalism that these workers have. My questions were answered, I left learning something that I didn’t understand. Maranda was amazing and fun to work with. She was very patient and kind and fun to be around! Will definitely be back for another pair soon!
