I truly appreciate Dr. Muallem. He is caring and makes me feel that I am his most important patient each time I have seen him. He has a soft, but honest and direct presentation when discussing my care. He takes the time to answer all of my questions and explains why he is recommending his treatment plan. I have total confidence in him.

Judge for yourself. After reading several poor reviews I considered finding another Dr. Yet, I had been to all of them already and this was my last chance at an answer. What did I find? A staff The was very patient, as well they listened and understood, and were professional and well trained. The process was organized and thorough; to the point after seeing 3 other specialist, there were tests that I hadn’t been offered as of yet. The additional tests were what finally help to provide an actual diagnosis. The Dr. is very professional, no real chitchat, all business, she spends her and my valuable time on finding out what my diagnosis is. It may be I’m not very sensitive to the needs of a bedside manner, or that I was at my wits end trying to find answers, but this Dr. is extremely knowledgeable in her specialty. Ignore those who complain about waiting or insulted as today I was the hold up. I have an auto immune disease which required special attention and thus was treated with several procedures as was needed. I almost made a huge mistake reading bad reviews. I am old and have respect for everyone and thus say nothing if I cannot say something nice. Today I share my experience so you to can judge for yourself. If you haven’t gotten any answers and other specialists have just kept trying new drops...... Make appointment you will thank yourself for the decision. Neal

Phenomenal. I went here to get my exam and it went smoothly. Afterwards the Dr (Dr Scher) helped me hone in on my prescription and explained everything to me. She was extremely patient and so helpful. Beyond that everyone who works here is wonderful. I came back like 6 times to get my glasses adjusted (that’s more on me) but they were extremely friendly and kind each time. I cannot recommend this place enough. Pleasant experience from beginning to end.

I am very pleased with my vision health care through Rodeo Family Optometry. I value their clinical competence and appreciate their attention to my needs. They followup with special orders, always cheerful and professional.

I was seen in February to get cataract surgery. They told to me the soonest they could get to me was sometime in May. If you need cataract surgery go somewhere were you get in done and not wait 4 months to get it taken care of.

Outstanding care

I got an eye exam and purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses here. The eye exam area and showroom were clean and organized, everyone was friendly and open to help me choose my eyewear. My glasses were done within the week and ready to pick up as soon as I got there. They are perfect! Highly recommended!

I had an accident involving my eye. I saw Dr. Loranger was very professional. She seemed sweet and caring. She had a good sense of humor. I enjoyed her. The front office staff are great. The are attentive, flexible and caring. Great experience

Dr. Meurer was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. His staff was relatable and communicated my options well.

I love My Lashes by Ericka at Lash Addictz she very punctual and has a clean environment. She's been my lash tech for 5 years and there's nobody else I would choose but the greatest!
