I was referred to puget sound eye care from another optometrist. They are very knowledgeable and walked me through the process. Exceptional service from the front desk to the optometrist and ending with ordering my son his glasses. Thank you so much to everyone that helped me. I am very thankful for your service.

The staff here is abhorrent. They do not have a system by which to communicate with staff. They never answer the phone and in the off chance that you get a call from them you better answer or they will cancel appointments or completely neglect your case. My mother has suffered further nerve damage because of this office’s negligence. They are rude, negligent, and are causing harm to their patients. They are either understaffed or poorly trained and it is putting serious cases at risk. It is unfortunate that this is the level of service that handles patients for a well renowned doctor. A change needs to happen fast.

Took my Cartier frames to get some new lenses. Was called back a few days later saying my frames were broken and that the lenses can not be installed. Went in and talk to the owner who denied responsibility for breaking my glasses and said to sue him if I wanted restitution. WOW. I have purchased multiple lenses from this unprofessional establishment and over looked past small issues because they are black owned only to be disrespected and undervalued as a paying/ returning customer. This was the final straw breaking my $1000 frames with no resolution but refunding the money I paid for the replacement lenses in the first place. The employees sat around looking dumb founded after the situation knowing the owner was wrong and that they were to blame for the damage.

We've been here twice for my daughter. They are super nice and very professional. No wait either time! And the best part my picky teen found glasses she loved both times. 10 out 10 recommend.

Kaiser optometry in Livermore is always so friendly and helpful. Truc, is especially helpful with picking out eyewear. I had a scratch in a pair of prescription glasses I ordered a year ago. He ordered another set and said I could keep my frames. He will pop them in for me when the new set arrive. Very easy and friendly one stop shopping right at Kaiser Livermore Optometry!

I am so glad to find her as my eye doctor. For the last 10 years I thought I had glaucoma because of the misdiagnosis by inexperienced doctors. Dr. Chang found that my D/C ratio was above normal range not because of glaucoma but long time near sightedness. She didn't ask me to do unnecessary extra vision field test like other doctors costing extra money. This saved my time and money probably most other people also care about!
