This office is very friendly, warm, and professional. I had an emergency with my contacts that wouldn’t remove for days. They took me immediately and removed my contacts quickly with numbing cream for comfort and eye drops. I will be returning!

I have no idea why anyone would ever say that dr. Shadwick or his staff were being rude! I have been going to him for 3 years and he is an excellent doctor. He is so warm and friendly and his staff are the epitome of professionalism. I would and have referred many of my friends and family to him.

Been using this doctor for several years now, ever since I was a little kid. Despite years of patronage and supporting them with nothing short of a small fortune, the ill-mannered desk staff has always treated my family and me very curtly, for no apparent reason. Usually, the doctor himself is pretty calm and rational in stark contrast to his staff. But today, a checkup turned shouting match I witnessed in the office finally convinced me this is not a professional environment I feel safe let alone remotely comfortable in. Of all people, shouldn't a medical practice know best how to treat its patients and their families with kindness and respect?

Lotus Vision is terrific. Dr. Nemi is excellent. He does a great job of explaining everything he does and goes through the test results with you. He uses the latest technology and inspires confidence in his knowledge and care. The staff is very friendly. My wife and I have been under Dr. Nemi's care for 10 years now and highly recommend him.

Super helpful and friendly staff, there was a weird mixup where my confirmation of which day was my appointment was different from what was in their system but they managed to see my regardless. I was in and out in less than an hour, which included picking out new frames. Will definitely be back

Hands down, the best place to find the right frames. Diane took her time to help me find the right frames that suits me best. Customer service is top notch and I will be back for future purchases and service.

My eye exam went fantastic! I love Dr. V who is so beyond friendly towards her patients, has the best bubbly spirit, and she just shows she cares through each step of the appointment! My whole family goes to her and loves her!

Dr. Vrotsos is extremely knowledgeable and takes time with each patient. As I get older I appreciate not being rushed through my appointments.
