Does a fine job.Very detailed, friendly, courteous, and professional. She is a great person. My only concern is more transparency from the practice. They do not tell you she is not an MD but an optometrist. This should be definitely explained to any new patient upfront.

The service is great. Vickie, the team lead is very helpful in choosing the best glasses for you. She also offers best discount possible. I really appreciate her.

Just had my first visit to this office and I’m so impressed! The staff that checked me in was very sweet and professional. Dr. Liang was also super nice and efficient. They have a great selection of frames so I was able to find something cute right away. Cristina and Marina were super helpful! For it being a busy Saturday morning they still took their time to explain everything to me. They were very honest and genuine and that’s rare to come across nowadays. Love this office! Can’t wait to come back for my next pair!

--the glasses are okay....the service to the glasses, subpar-- I have progressive lenses and after a month I was noticing that I was working(behind a computer) with my head tilted back to see better. Something I didn't have to do with old glasses. Brought them in, they adjusted them, results were minimal. Now, 7~8 months later, one lens has a noticeable scratch on it. I called, they said 'yes, you have a one year warranty, but you already brought them in once for adjustment and our warranty is only for one fix.' ARE YOU KIDDING ME! THIS IS NOT THE DEFINITION OF A WARRANTY!!! UPDATE....changing my one star review to three...they did contact me and fix my issue--not giving a five star review because the situation happened, and I had to complain to get it fixed...

The only reason the star is even selected is because it’s mandatory for the review. The absolute worst place to go to for your optical needs . You are asked to return when they know the wait is a ridiculous amount of time. So to be of more inconvenience you must return. No you don’t get your money back if your services are not completed . They were remodeling and I was not able to finish my services with them. Therefore they stole $150 of services that were not finished for my daughter. The Dr. took a week leave with no notice and I still couldn’t finish my services with this place… what a total nightmare. I suggest ANYPLACE is better then Walmart vision in Waukegan for your needs .

I don't know. I really liked the optometrist, he was great, but some of his office staff is less than stellar. The glasses I got just do not fit me right still, I just don't see well out of them after so many adjustments, I've just gone back to my old glasses because while I can't see as far, I still see better. My new glasses are still warped in my vision and I just think it's the frames, but when I brought up that I really hated the frames the girl got a serious attitude and said that well, it was past 30 days so there's nothing she can do, I should have brought that up sooner, even though she kept telling me to just keep trying them. And I was like, oh sorry I guess it was just a bad joke, i don't know. I just know I probably won't be back.

I could tell shortly after my exam began—that East Lansing Family Eyecare was a professional atmosphere. I felt at ease with their attention to detail and the clean peaceful surroundings. I would highly recommend to someone hesitant about eye care—to make an appointment without delay.

Lied about accepting my insurance. I called ahead to provide my insurance details and was told that I would be covered in-network. When I arrived, I gave them my insurance card was reassured that I would only be responsible for the $40 co-pay. Two weeks later I receive a bill for $278 (in addition to my co-pay) for <10-minute exam. Called the number and was told that it was out-of-network. Major scam artist.

Very professional, clean office. They did a great job taking care of my contact lens/glasses prescriptions and answering all of my questions. I've been a patient here for 3 years and they've always been fantastic.

Excellent experience at this optometry office. The staff was friendly, organized, and professional from check-in to check-out. The doctor took time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing. The eye exam was thorough, and the office had modern equipment and a clean environment. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care.

Just saw Dr. Neale: very impressed, he practices very state of the art, yet conservative medicine.
