It was amazing experience! My first time there, I was referred by my medical plan Careplus as soon as I got in the front desk, staff told me to sign in as a patiently waited. They gave me an appointment, then the best thing of all I received a day before alerts on my phone so I don’t miss my appointments. They called me to remind. And that was awesome too. When I got that day to the appointment, I was able to fill up all the information they need it ahead of time and they did all the test that I needed to do. I don't understand why they made bad reviews of this clinic, because all their staff from the front desk to their nurses in the back, and the doctor were all amazing. They explain everything by detail and answer all my questions. In English and in Spanish. So Grateful! I was able to get my glasses now in two weeks. Thank you for the amazing staff and doctor. Yes, I'm able to see again! Thank you for all you do…!!!

Dr Bjerregaard was a pleasure to work with. His bed side manner was excellent, and answered all my questions.

I went to see Dr Rankin yesterday for a consultation about a possible retina disease that my ophthalmologist could see but not treat. Although I have no formal diagnosis of diabetes, the dr. gave me several reasons why he thinks that I do have it. When I told the office that I would like a needed test done ASAP, they extended my time with the doctor to do the test! The doctor found a vein in my arm expertly. Time and expense in Dr. Rankin's office is well spent and a good investment in your health.

This place is horrible! My mother sits for hours at this place every time she comes, which is monthly. The receptionist even said that they schedule patients to arrive and “waste” an hour before the appointment. At 87 there is not a lot of time to waste! I wish there was someplace else to go in Amarillo but that does not seem to be the case. My mother was told not to eat or drink after midnight and it’s now 1:30 pm with no food or drink and no indication that she will be called anytime soon! The doctors here have no respect for anyone’s time. I hope they are at least competent with the surgery and are able to save her vision. I’m also relatively sure that they will not care about this review

Dr. Landreth and his staff are truly wonderful. My whole family sees him now. If you're looking for a wonderful eye doctor, this is the perfect office for you. Definitely recommended 10/10.

It had been a few years since my last appointment and I was fortunate to obtain a walk-in appointment for that day. I was treated well by all the staff who were openly friendly and caring during my visit, it really made me feel welcomed and appreciated for my business. They did an extensive series of tests with all the latest tech including back of retina photos, along with the usual eye chart and mechanical 20/20 tests by the lovely and talented Jacqueline Mai, OD. She took her time, had a pleasant demeanor, so patient and informative. As it were, my prescription hasn't changed enough to warrant new glasses, though if I did, Costco has an on-site ordering desk next to the eye doctor (FYI this is a separate and unrelated business. Costco doesn't make glasses onsite and usual turn around is 1 to 2 weeks depending how busy the 3rd party lab is.) As it's a medical office, Covid restrictions are still in place in the optical area. They provided a mask for me as I had left mine in the car, and they sanitized surfaces between patients. You are no longer required a mask to shop around the main store. Such a delightful experience, it's hard to imagine these older 1 star reviews had actually been there. Perhaps just unhappy people or grave misunderstanding? I would definitely return here and highly recommend it to others.

The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. She explained everything clearly and made me comfortable. Dr. Lubs was kind and thorough in his exam. I’ve been working with him for years, and he always takes good care of me and my family. The new location is beautiful and easy to find. I had an excellent experience!

Dr.Olsen and staff are amazing! I was with another eye Dr for years and I was just not seeing well and not being given any other options. I have a very high prescription. Dr. Olsen has spent time with me at a few visits perfecting my vision with a new type of lense. I haven't seen this well in years. Everyone at this office is wonderful and so friendly. I highly recommend this office!

The staff and optometrist make the visits very pleasurable for myself, and my seven-year-old. Dr. Pham is super personable, and straight to the point, and I love it! I’ll vote for him as the optometrist of the year.
