Dr. Kha is thorough, emotionally intelligent and has excellent communication skills with her patient’s both young and adult! . She has a calm confidence that is hard to find. Truly a treasure.

I give them 5 stars and if I was able to give more I would. Everyone at the Moon Township office is really nice! They go out of their way to help you with all your vision care and needs. All of the doctors are outstanding! My favorite is Dr. Constantine! She is professional and very thorough in her examinations and explanations. The front office and eye glass shop staff are always on the ball and great at their jobs! I highly recommend Eger Eye Group for all your vision care.

Dr. Cangelosi and staff are is good as it gets. Why go anywhere else?

I arrived for my 8am appt. Waited (2.5 min.) Assistant checked my vision and dilated my eyes. (10 min.) I waited to see the doctor ( 60 min.) I met with the doctor (15 min.) checked out (2.5 min.) The left at 9:30am. This not the first time this has happened. I've heard the same or worse from other patients. There's got to be a better way to run an office than making your patients wait an hour for their appointment. Thanks for listening.

Dr Fontenot is an excellent Optometrist, helpful, patient, and kind. Paragon staff is excellent, they usually make a business a success and this practice is the best. Thank you, keep up the good work, don’t slack off like many new businesses that start out excellent and slowly crumble.

I’ve previously had ok experiences here. The staff are never very friendly, but I’m usually in and out fairly quick. They do treat customers like a herd of cattle though. This past visit I discovered a discrepancy in my copay charge and called back to speak to someone. I just got voicemail. I left a very clear message, asking for a return call to straighten it out. Never heard from anyone. If you don’t care about your customers and treating them right, I certainly won’t be using you in the future.

Dr. Lee is very thorough & takes the time to explain everything to you. I am very pleased with the excellent care I receive. Her staff is exceptional as well.

I had a great experience. Naomi is a gem, didn’t try to upsell me at all, was patient and answered questions and has a knack for knowing what worked best on my face. I’m pleased with what I got and will be back for my long-distance glasses.

Dr. Mota helped me feel comfortable the entire time- even though I’m usually very anxious in any kind of clinical setting. She explained each step of the process so I knew exactly what to expect. She was gentle, but effective, and I never felt rushed or uneasy. Loved it.
