Very helpful and friendly. Low pressure (they want you to get a pair that you will like and will take time) and they provide maintenance and repairs. Huge selection despite looking small. Highly recommend

They take state insurance, and I was accommodating even though I was a little late. Very kind staff. Quick and thorough exam and my glasses came in earlier than expected. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Dr. Ed has been treating me since I was a little kid in need of my first pair of glasses. I'm 28 now and I'm still happily coming to him for all of my eye care needs. The man knows what he's doing, he's always very kind and respectful, and the prices are very fair even if you don't have insurance. I highly recommend going to him for yourself, children, friends, anyone.

This place is one of the best optical in NYC!! Aquilles one of the workers in the shop he was so professional and kind when he came to me, he help me to fix my broken glasses I thought it was going to be impossible to fix them but he found the best way to do it, not only that, because my birthday was the next day coming up he give me a special discount, I couldn’t be more satisfied than that, im very happy to meet Aquilles.

My wife and I had our eye examination there, and we were both extremely pleased. The front desk manager was very friendly and informative, helping us get our insurance records on file. After the exam, she processed our co-pay and set up the next appointment. The doctor who actually did the exam was highly professional and took the time to answer all of our questions. The doctor furthermore conducted a comprehensive exam with state-of-the-art equipment, as you would expect from Wills Eye. The selection of glasses that they offer are contemporary. We will be back to get a pair from the gentleman. We can only say nice things about our entire experience.

I had an appointment with Dr. Muller and arrived a little before to fill out paperwork as I was instructed, the girls at the front desk were very nice and helpful. When I was finished with my paperwork I was called right back by one of the technicians. There were a lot of tests and images but it all seemed standard and they answered all of my questions. I waited in the waiting room while my eyes dilated before I got called back to another room for the refraction test and to see the doctor. Dr. Muller was professional and answered all the questions I had, she and all the staff were very good to me. Even the woman in the optical shop was really nice and found me some really nice glasses. I couldn't have asked for an easier or more painless doctor's office experience

I went to this location because my friend recommended and she was right. Amazing service and very friendly staff . A specially margarita and Elliot. There suggestions and professional opinions are valued to buy the right sunglasses and you will not be disappointed I m very happy with service i received and definitely can recommend this office to anyone who needs eye care or any related problem to salve

Loved Dr sedeji I'm not sure how to spell it but I will say I do NOT approve of the rude lady working the eye glasses shoppe she was rude to my child an other parents children an tried to be quiet about it id actually like to speak with head of pediatrics to see what we can get done about that because I'm sorry for anyone asking her for glasses
