The best eye exam I’ve had in my 30 years of wearing glasses. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. My exam was through and professionally done. Dr Silverblatt was extremely patience during the exam and when addressing my concerns. Everything was explained in layman’s terms. Dr Silverblatt made me feel as if he had all day to discuss things. For quality eye care I highly recommend Dr Silverblatt and staff.

Waited 55 minutes past appt. time. I understand Dr. Appts are estimates but not this long. The implication that they didn't care and that's too bad, didn't help.

My daughter is not a patient here, however, this is the only place we purchase glasses from. Due to having a very difficult eyeglasses prescription they have made shopping here fun! (She has to see an opthamologist). They are incredibly knowledgeable and have found a pair for her with no problems.l despite her complex prescription. We have looked for glasses elsewhere, but cannot find any that will work for her. Honestly with the care and treatment we receive here I would not want to buy them anywhere else! The staff is amazing! The selection is great, good pricing, and they are knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely caring. I highly recommend this practice.

Thanks to Dr Brill and Serena for keeping us safe and cared for with our prescription update during the pandemic. We appreciate having a wonderful optometry conveniently located in our own community, and more than 15 years of care with all the staff.

Very professional and respectful staff and they get you in quick! And very much appreciate the Saturday hours, which a lot of offices do not have.

My time with Dr. Kim was amazing. I have been back four times just because of the friendly encounters with her and her staff. I love being able to call and get the best customer service from any vision office in Billings. The fast and friendly service makes appointment making and orders easy and enjoyable. I can not wait to go back and get my contacts and I’m super thankful for Daisey’s support and instruction during the contact practice. Everyone I've interacted with here was amazing! Laine in particular helped me a lot. There were some complications during my initial visit, but the team was great about sorting things out and making sure that I was taken care of. I'm very excited for my new glasses!

Optometrists have always had a difficult time figuring out my prescription due to a challenging astigmatism. I was skeptical about getting an eye exam in a Costco but my old prescription was not working well for me and I feared it was time to change from a single vision lens to a progressive. Dr. Concepcion and her staff were great. The exam was quick, easy and thorough. We discussed all my concerns and pertinent medical history. I walked out, ordered my glasses and felt excited to get my new glasses because I had confidence that she had gotten the prescription right. One week later I got the call that my glasses were ready. I went the to pick them up and from the first time I put them on they were perfect. To my surprise, adjusting to the progressive lens was not an issue. I would not hesitate to go here for your vision needs.

Dr. Gibbons was professional and courteous. She completed my follow-up appointment in a timely manner.
