I went there after reading the reviews, and the service was indeed very good and fast...

The staff and doctors were extremely gentle and welcoming! They were all so great and helpful! They made my eye procedure feel painless and quick. I highly recommend them to anyone! They were very flexible and willing to work with me which was beneficial and I really appreciated that. Dr.Donnenfeld was very friendly and made my Lasik experience shockingly fun. I had come for a consult not realizing I would be going through with it, but shortly found someone who had Dr.D as well and loved him! He was truly the best. I love my new 20/20 vision and am so so happy to have gone here! I had my procedure done 10/27 and my vision has been nothing short of perfect even the day after! It was worth it all.

I had an excellent experience at MedStar Health in Alexandria. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and the medical team was professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality healthcare.

Worked me in for conjunctivitis follow up. Every staff member and provider brisk and positive. Also gave me a short diagnostic. I will gladly return in 2 months for a dilated exam of retina and macula. Our new Dr. Darrah listens attentively, even to my pigeon dotage answers. She loves her profession!

Wonderful location. Fantastic staff. Madeline helped me select two pairs, taking the time to help me find attractive and appropriate frames. She could not have been nicer or more professional. This is the place I trust to get my prescription right.

Love the customer service. They are very informative and polite. Especially Monique she helped me with my daughter's prescription and then helped me with mine. Great eye doctor! Friendly approach, got my prescription perfect, and found a type of lens my dry eyes comfortably tolerate (which I’ve never had in 28 years of wearing contacts!).

Dr Glendrange has a gentle and approachable bedside manner that puts you at ease and eliminates anxiety. I’ve been treated excellently at each of my visits by him and his nurse and I feel that he is thorough in his examinations yet does not prescribe unnecessary treatments.

I used to love George Optical. I have been going for 10+ years. I don’t know what the issue is lately, but I won’t be back. I have tried picking up my contacts from them 3 times on 3 different days (Monday, Thursday & Friday). I went during the “business hours” listed on their door and on their Google/Facebook and they were closed each time. Now I have to try to go a fourth time and hope I can finally get them.
