My wife and I have gone to them for years, and we value the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great eye care, good prices , and we know they value our business and see us as friends.

the Doctors were great but don't waste your money at the optical. They don't take VSP and my 4yo glasses cost me $260...for them to be scratched up in less then a week, with no warranty or anything, but they could replace the lenses for $89 LOL. Thanks but no thanks.

Saw Dr. Cochrane at Atwell in Cheektowaga. He was professional, kind, and supremely knowledgeable. I could not recommend a better eye doctor.

I am so glad I made the switch to Dr. Gerber. He and his staff are wonderful. I love the technology and offerings that I have not seen in other offices.

I was very impressed with the facility itself. Very modern design and full of natural light. The staff was very nice and organized. It was a pleasure to be seen by Dr Ford. He is very professional, very thorough and gained my trust.

I was assured that the insurance provided will cover my visit + the contact RX. After going to tge appointment I was told there is extra charge for my contact as well as my glasses! This was a complete waste of time!

The office staff is very welcoming and helpful. The facility is comfortable, clean, and modern. Dr. Seamont’s exam was thorough and he took the time to ensure all of my questions were answered. I will absolutely be returning for my annual appointments.

Dr Safarik is great. He takes the time to address my issues and get me the right prescription. Everyone in the office is very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend them.

Heart of America Eye Care's financial practices are very questionable, beware! They have on several occasions tried to charge me for services that I've already paid for and/or my eye insurance has already paid them for. Before you just pay the bill that they keep sending, requesting payment again, investigate and make sure that you haven't already. I bet you will find that you already have paid and maybe more than once.

Worst experience ever. I wish I could give 0 rating. Doctor did nothing . A young assistant probably a student did all the exam. He was not confident at all and didn't know how to operate properly. Doctor was not friendly at all. Hate the service.
