Very poor customer service. They treated us like we very poorly. We walked in the stoor to get order new pair of glasses, showed me 6 frames and left me alone while I was the only customer in the store at 5:30pm. Came back with arrogant voice asking me, am I done. I would not bring my business back to pearle vision.

I had cataract surgery that Dr. Dewan performed. He explains everything from start to finish. Everything went as expected and the results are outstanding. As a bonus he calls and checks on you that evening after surgery to see how you're doing. Couldn't be happier with the whole process

Incredible! Dr. Lazar is so thorough, really cares about her patients, and designates a lot of time per patient. Absolutely love and recommend her.

Bussin, Alejandra is literally the best manager ever she knew what I would like, she let me try some more comfortable lenses, she got me in a couple frames I never knew would fit so well on me, and was so sweet and even showed me how to put on my contacts easier. Absolutely the best I will always come to y’all.

Okay strongly recommend not to come to this place I’ve went in for a eye exam and to get a new set because the ones I had before broke and they couldn’t give me new ones because my prescription was old so I had to do the exam... well anyway doctor was a nice guy very professional but my only thing was they told me it was 4-6 business days for me to get them back I went on 6-11-18 and I called today 6-15-18 they just told me it might be till 2 more weeks!!!!!! Pretty frustrating when ever your driving without glasses if I knew it was going to take this long I wouldn’t of gone to this place at all i payed $305.89 and now I have to wait 21 days so I can get my glasses THIS IS UN ACCEPTABLE DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE..

BEWARE.... This office is the worse place I have ever been to next to Americas Best (see my review on them and you will understand) First of all there is no professionalism in this office. The doctor is rude the front desk is condescending. My glasses were not properly fitted I had to actually go somewhere else and pay for them to be properly fitted for me. I do not recommend this dr or this office all the dr cared about was getting me to pay for stuff that insurance didn't cover just to get money out of me. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a establishment like this before. Do your own research there are nicer more friendly and respectable vision places in the area.

Called the Newtown office number twice and left a message to try and set up an appointment and they never called me back. I had an eye infection and needed to see a specialist. Dr Lawless my primary recommended them and I will follow up with their office about my experience. I wasted 2 days waiting for them to contact me and eventually went elsewhere. A physician's office that does not return calls is of no value.

I accidentally stepped on my glasses at home and broke the arms off. Went in the office as a walk in with gorilla tape holding them around my head so I could drive. The Dr. Had them fixed with new frame within 2 minutes. Thank you sooooo much. Reasonable price 30 bucks.

The eye doctors Cline and Goertz are great. If you order glasses from them, be ready for a long wait. I ordered a new set of glasses on 8/24/21 and almost a month later they are still not in because they send them all over to get them done; including St Louis, and Kentucky. My script may change by the time I get them...They need a lab closer to Wichita. Problem is we have to get the glasses where we get the eye exam for insurance to pay for them. They offered me a refund which I may yet take them up on... but the price is good.
