Very professional feel good coming here :)

Dr bruno is great! Friendly, fast and down to earth. Unfortunately, they don't accept my eye insurance (no one does) but I gladly go back here and get reimbursed.

The visit is always really great with Dr. Pasquali. He is so nice and kind and takes time to explain everything. . I have been going to this office for years and the staff is also very professional and caring too. Excellent service

I've been trying to get a hold of them for a week now and have called every single day and either waiting on hold for an hour, being hung up on, or keep being sent in never ending circle

First, Dr. Teresa Chen is a lovely person, kind and caring while very professional. She always takes the time to answer questions thoroughly. I know that I am in good hands. It is obvious that she is highly intelligent and skillful. I am so thankful to be one of her patients.

Dr Enderle is awesome! This office has always cared about the health of your eye in addition to the prescription. Been going here for 17 years and counting. Have had had at least 5 different doctors do my exam over the years. Always had a similar experience. They’re not just there to sell you a pair of glasses. They’re more interested in how the optical nerve looks and all the other indicators for eye health. They always want to dilate your eyes so they can get a better look at what’s going inside. To me, this stuff is at least as important or more important than the prescription to make the eyes be able to see. Love this place!

Update on my previous review. I went into Melchert Eye Care today to pick up glasses that I ordered and was greeted upon entering and informed I would be seen shortly. As I was waiting Dr. Melchert appeared with a warm greeting, handshake, smile and great eye contact. He assisted me with retrieving the glasses, fitting and provided me with care items. This visit was enjoyable and a redemption to the previous visit. Thank you Lynn and Dr. Melchert.

Not satisfied with the prescription glasses I got - not able to see clearly

If I could give a zero I would . But this is not a reflection on the doctor as he was very informative and had an excellent examination manner on my child. The issue with this place is the front office of who speak to people in a condescending way . Karina at my he front desk acts like this is her office and lacks even the least amount of customer service skills. She was extremely rude and made it seem like she was doing me a favor by doing her job. She would cut me off when I tried to speak . I informed her manager Maria that that just because there are a lot of low income people who come here who rather bow their head and the don’t know better on how they should be treated and she gets away with it that she should not have this job. It is an extremely poor display of carelessness that brings this wonderful doctor down . The reviews are real . Believe them . I hope this owner and doctor realize their front office needs some sort of seminar or classes on phone etiquette, customer service and conflict resolution ASAP
