The doctors at this place are very professional and courteous, however the front desk personnel are very rude and unprofessional, if you miss and appointment and don’t call to cancel , they call you back and give you attitude, they talk to you like your their child . We had a problem with a girl name Betsy or Patsy today , and was very rude on the phone and when you try to address the problem she laughed in our face. The front desk personnel in Bridgeport are more professional and give you better service and treat everyone with kind and respect. Won’t be going back to this office.

My frames broke on the 2nd day wearing them. I'm just gonna go somewhere else to get my glasses. I literally just wasted money here on broken frames. I felt the service was more rushed about sales and not enough help. Money wasted but lesson learned. My old glasses never broke or uncomfortable like this. The eye exam was cool but I'm not getting my glasses here again. Felt like I rushed wasted my time and money. The glasses kept fogging up too much and getting rainbow glare colors on the edges. Very uncomfortable to wear at work then all of a sudden they just broke apart. I can't keep going back and forth with this. Have to go to another glass center for frames. Need the trust factor reliable service and comfort I have a busy schedule and I'm paying 360 for frames not for them to get broken already but the lenses are fine I can go get those on another frame. But wasted money is the worse feeling when you expected dependable frames. This center can smile knowing it takes money and rips people off. Going to another company from now on.

Christopher Vargas is very knowledgeable in his practice. The staff is always polite and professional. They always remember our last conversation from over a year ago. I would definitely recommend this place.

Dr. Cohen is always the culminate professional and seems genuinely concerned about his patients. We had a long discussion about the "What" and "Why." If he reads this, he will understand. Not five stars yet since I am always that skeptical person when it comes to getting new eyewear. I am expecting two new sets of lenses in due course fitted into my own two frames to save some money. If both work as I am hoping, then another star will be added. The optician working with me was wonderful so now it is up to the lab to make the final interpretations. My only grumble is the cost. Amazingly expensive even with my own frames. That is where all of us are today.

Everyone here is helpful, fast, and precise. My appointment lasted no longer than 20 minutes and I was off to buy my glasses. I highly recommend making an appointment here.

Very good appointment. Victor did a great job with the eye dilation, the eye exam and refraction and explained the process very well from beginning to end. Dr Liffland explained my issue with dry eye as well as offered some good information as to how I can treat it at home as well as what the medical procedure is to care for dry eye due to blocked glands. All around, admin staff great to interact with. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

A great, great and thorough examine! Dr. explained information better than my ophthalmologist regarding eye disease and eye bleed for my Type 2 diabetes. Terrific, friendly, knowledgeable staff. New patients do not hesitate!

Elizabeth was so helpful when I needed to replace my glasses after my dog ate them. 5/5 I definitely recommend her and this store. Everyone is always so friendly and eager to help get you the best deal
