First impression was everything. Doctor is compassionate, experienced and professional. I felt she cared and her office was organized. Went to see her because I had redness on my left eye and I rely on Google reviews to help me find a doctor. So I felt compelled to write a review for anyone needing and looking for a eye doctor. Dr was great!

My overall experience with this office has been chaotic at best. - I was 10 minutes early for my appointment, and I was not seen until 30 minutes after my appointment time. - Dr. Ceritano was doing an exam on another patient at the same time as my appointment. She kept switching us in and out of the same exam room. It was incredibly unprofessional, and she was not cleaning equipment between us. - I had to return after a week for a contact fit update. I've worn contacts for 20+ years and have never had to do this extra appointment. - I attempted to order my contacts through the office. I had to ask the woman ordering my contacts to apply my insurance. I questioned her on the cost because it was much lower than expected. I called the office the next day because the interaction did not sit right with me, and the person I spoke with confirmed that my contacts were ordered incorrectly. I had to pay double of what I paid at first. - I've asked the office now three times to send me an itemized bill showing what their services and contacts cost, what was billed to insurance, and what was charged on my credit card. I received some paperwork in the mail and none of the credits and debits box. In summary - stay away from this office.

Highly recommend going here! Dr. Yang is very thorough when it comes to your vision and making sure to meet your vision needs. Dr. Berbos is also very intelligent and friendly to talk to. He diligently addresses all inquiries, ensures effective treatment for all, and goes the extra mile by personally following up to inquire about your well-being. The rest of the office staff and manager are also very friendly and will always try their best to accommodate for you.

I just found my glasses sitting in a drawer that I got maybe 3 or 4 years ago. I went back twice and told them that they were way off and gave me a terrible headache and was told both times "Just wear them for a week". I try them on now and it's like the right lens was off by a decimal point, it's so bad. so there they sit and I haven't been back. Maybe listen to your customers next time. I just go without.

I recently purchased new lenses for my glasses from this optical shop, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Not only did they offer better prices than anyone else in Torrance, but their responsiveness and expertise were exceptional. They took the time to ensure I got exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to deliver great service. What stood out the most was how kind and respectful they were throughout the process. Even though I had to return a few times for adjustments (due to issues with the glass I had provided), they always found the proper solution without charging me anything extra. Most people would not even work on the glass as it was a difficult frameless installation. Check out the attached photo. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality eyewear and outstanding customer service!
